In the process of moving in, so far Yesika and Megan have made this process smooth. The grounds are well kept , and the apartment kitchens are beautiful. I’m super excited .

I’ve been living here for a little over 4 months now, office staff is friendly and responsive, move in was quick and easy, I’ve submitted a handful of service request since I’ve been here and they’ve all been responded to next day, or within 48 hours. Common areas are clean and well kept. Only issue is there really isn’t much guest parking at all but my unit has the garage + can fit 2 cars in front easily so it doesn’t really affect me since I live alone. Other than that it’s been absolutely great here so far, would def recommend for anyone considering.

I really enjoy living at Point Park Avalon! Everyone in the office is always so kind and welcoming, and they make living here such a great experience.
A special shoutout to Megan, she’s always so sweet, helpful, and has a smile on her face. She’s always happy to answer questions or help with anything, and you can tell she really cares about the residents.
The other ladies in the office are amazing too. They’re all so friendly and make you feel welcome every time you stop by.
I really appreciate everything the staff does. Thank you all for making Point Park Avalon such a great place to live!

As a visitor to this place they have very rude and unprofessional front office workers. Got disrespected while visiting for asking for a parking pass. There is absolutely no parking so the chances of being able to have a guest over are slim. Don’t live here!!
Megan was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful during my visit to the front office. I came in simply to obtain a parking pass, but the process became unnecessarily complicated with multiple questions about parking availability and space numbers that were not clearly explained. I was genuinely confused by the process, yet Megan seemed to interpret my confusion as “attitude.”
Instead of assisting professionally, she accused me of being disrespectful, told me I “needed to learn manners,” and escalated the interaction into an argument. From the very beginning, her demeanor was dismissive — she spoke to me while staring at her computer rather than addressing me directly, and her tone was rude throughout the conversation.
As someone who also works in the real estate industry, I understand the importance of professionalism and customer service. It was disappointing and surprising to have such a negative interaction with a leasing agent over something as simple as obtaining a parking pass. I hope management addresses this behavior so future residents and guests are treated with more respect and professionalism.
