  I've owned rental property for many years and have had previous property managers and Christian is the best property manager I've worked with. What I appreciate most is that he treats my properties as if they were his own investments. He isn't just checking boxes—he genuinely looks out for my long-term interests. He's quick to respond, communicates well, and follows through. Whether it's a routine maintenance issue or something unexpected, I know he'll handle it promptly and keep me informed. Example: during a major issue, he stayed on top of every detail, coordinated with vendors, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. On top of being knowledgeable and professional, Christian is simply a pleasure to work with. He's honest, dependable, and someone I trust. I highly recommend Christian and PMI Main Street to any property owner looking for a manager who truly cares about both the property and the owner.
