  Our previous property manager retired in Jan 26 and passed responsibly for managing our rental property over to Terry of PMIkissimmee. At first we were apprehensive about the change as we were extremely pleased with our previous managers and they were a hard act to follow. It is now 4 months since the handover and we have been surprised at how seamless the change has been. Terry is extremely professional and attentive, easy to contact and has dealt with any issues quickly and professionally making the whole experience pleasurable and reassuring. Our renter's have all left 5* reviews so we and our renter's are highly satisfied with the service he has provided.
