  I wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not move here. Our experience with The Paramount was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We were relocated here after the situation at The Rialto, and instead of feeling supported during an already stressful time, we felt that we were treated unfairly. At move-in, we documented existing carpet stains on the inspection form, exactly as instructed. We were told that anything documented would not be our responsibility. Despite that, we were later charged for alleged pet urine damage. We only stayed for 2 months. The entire process was unprofessional and lacked transparency. After everything that happened with The Rialto, it felt to us as though management was trying to recover money wherever they could, including by charging former residents for damages we do not believe we caused. That was our experience, and it left us feeling taken advantage of during an already difficult time. This has been, by far, the worst experience we have ever had with an apartment community. We will never recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  If you are searching for a new home, Paramount may be the perfect choice! The building features solid concrete construction, meaning I rarely hear my neighbors or my own footsteps. Having lived here for a few months, I can confidently say that Robert and the concierge team are exceptionally kind. They even cheerfully helped me open a jar of sauce when I lacked the arm strength! I have never felt safer in any downtown Orlando apartment. The maintenance team is equally spectacular; Dustin is fantastic and frequently handles my requests. They are attentive, down-to-earth, and go the extra mile—once completing five or six of my requests within the same day. Madri, Kania, Stephanie, Jonathan, Jose, Fabiano, Dariniel, and Silvio are all phenomenal. They truly make living at the Paramount a superb experience. Thank you all for being so amazing! The only drawback is that the Central Blvd exit consistently smells like pizza. While I enjoy the scent in moderation, the constant aroma becomes overwhelming during my daily commute. Installing an automatic air freshener in that area would greatly improve the experience.

  Better than what i expected. From the staff to the commodity of the unit to the views and security!! Very blessed to be able to live here.

  Didn’t stay at Paramount on Lake Eola, but I did meet WWE superstar Ludwig Kaiser, also known as El Grande Americano, there, so that automatically makes it a 5 star experience in my book. Nice area as well.
