    I am extremely dissatisfied with the way management has handled my ongoing concerns at this apartment community. Since approximately my third month of residency, I have repeatedly reported excessive noise disturbances coming from the tenants living above me. Rather than properly addressing the issue, management specifically the assistant manager Nayelin Rodriguez has responded with hostility, gaslighting, and accusations against me. Instead of investigating my complaints objectively, I have been accused of property damage, harassment, vandalism, and dishonesty without any legitimate evidence being provided. These accusations are serious and defamatory. If such incidents had actually occurred, there would be documented proof, especially considering the upstairs tenants have a door camera. No evidence has ever been produced because these claims are fabricated. In addition to the noise concerns, the tenants above me consistently leave excessive trash outside their door daily, often exceeding valet trash weight limits. Their trash is frequently left behind while the rest of the floor’s trash is collected. On one occasion, management falsely claimed trash pickup did not occur that day, despite the fact that every other resident on the floor had their trash removed. This demonstrates clear favoritism and selective enforcement of community rules. I no longer trust the assistant manager’s integrity or professionalism. Her conduct has been biased, dismissive, retaliatory, and inappropriate. Rather than serving as a neutral representative of the property, she appears determined to discredit and target me for raising legitimate concerns as a resident. At this point, I believe the handling of this matter deserves further investigation by upper management or corporate leadership. Residents should be able to report lease violations and disturbances without fear of retaliation, false accusations, or character defamation. I do not know this woman and she holds a vendetta against me. I’ve been emotionally distraught by these accusations that I had to record phone conversations for my own safety.     . The roaches have been unbearable since we moved in exactly 15 months ago. We paid for everything and were unable to leave once we moved in. Endured about 4-5 major cleanings, so many roaches in food, on the walls, everywhere. We went to the office so many times and I sent an email to the property management. Our concerns were always brushed off. We paid $1800 for a one bedroom and had to endure this every day. The management has changed numerous times likely due to the many issues. The trash situation is also horrendous. It piles up on the sidewalks. The previous tenants before us apparently has this same issue. Not coming back ever.

    Roach problems go ignored, even though I pay for pest control. Management refuses to answer calls and emails regarding roaches. I have not seen any pest control, but I am charged a monthly fee. My calls and emails go unanswered. Management does not respond to written complaints. Armed security routinely harrasses community members at the pool. It is very intimidating to try to enjoy the pool and be constantly harrassed by security with side arms. This happens to single people, families with children, seniors, everyone. Police have been called to get security to understand that residents are on private proerty enjoying amenities and violating rights, but again, management ignores the prolem, like they do with every other problem.

    Emails regarding services I pay for like pest control routinely go ignored. I have sent multiple emals, called and gone into the office in person to discuss the roach problem, and I never get a response to any of my written inquiries or answers to any of my questions. When enjoying the community pool I regularly am harrassed by security, and the police have been called to deal with this harrassment. They should not be harrassing the residents who live on the private property enjoying the amenities that were agreed to in the lease. The security tries to intimidate, as they are armed with handguns. It is apalling behavior to endure just trying to tan and swim. This has been brought up by several community members, but falls on the deaf ears of management.
