Dishonest Management,
they will scam you by any means. I had my apartment cleaned entirely and paid for the service so I could receive my security deposit back.
But no it did not happen,the corrupt and dishonest management will not refund you anything. Instead they fabricated some bogus expenses so they could steal my deposit.
All 3 of them in the office should be terminated immediately.

was an amazing place to live.
The previous management was super organized ,very nice and kind with good maintenance staff but everything changed when the current management took over and pretty much they ruined everything, that's what they do.

Do Not Stay here,
Do not renew your lease ,just leave this place and don't recommend anyone to move in to this trashland. It is not worth it.

Awful maintenance team. We are going on our 3rd year here, and there has not been a single maintenance issue that wasn’t manually closed before someone even entered the unit, required less than 3 submissions, or both. Most recently we transferred to a unit with a terrible turn over (70% of kitchen drawers broken, leak in utility closet, no hot water, no drain stoppers, and an undisclosed German cockroach infestation). The HVAC closet has loose insulation, what is either mold or droppings on the wall, and a CONSTANT dripping noise that has yet to be addressed. Nobody expects new build home perfection but a thorough cleaning and operable appliances are literal bare minimum. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and stressed about even using my dishwasher for my child’s bottles because we can’t get a commitment to when pest control will come, they ignore all of our request to leave notes about what’s completed, they close every single ticket at the end of the maintenance day so you don’t have time to follow up. The office team is nice enough however it’s very hard to get a response via email which we’ve only resorted to because verbal communication has a way of being forgotten of otherwise lost in translation.
EDIT: leaving second review as the email sent per original response has gone unanswered. Negligence from maintenance continues with tickets being closed same day without entering the unit which is done exclusively by David Vale. Every single day we’re uncovering more things that are beneath even a landlord special. The bathroom toilet tissue holders are at an angle, the shower rod falls down daily, they filled the bathtub drain with cooled paint and then plugged it up to hide it, there’s an entire missing board underneath the sink. The “gym” other renters mention has been closed the entirety of my time here and has never had lights on inside or anything other than a small room with a few elliptical and 2 weight benches. The grills on property are always dirty and rusted, they don’t empty the trash by the pool and allow big groups to leave beer cans and rotting food every weekend, there is no longer 24 hour security, the gate has been broken for 2 months.
Edit2: just got an email asking “how my move in was” perfect timing. They rent didn’t post to my online portal until the 3rd of July, and the number is wildly inaccurate. Messaged management at 11 am to resolve the listed bill as there is no other payment option and got no response, so now there are even more “fees”

Son unas personas muy inrespomsables abren las áreas comunes cuando ellos les da la gana las piscinas deberían tener un horario y no lo cumplen el gym lo abren cuando ellos les da la gana un servicio que ofrecen como área común llego en las tardes y quiero ir al gym y no se puede entonces no me parece que ofrezcan algo en cual uno no puede disfrutar

I love my apartment complex! From the first day I moved in I felt so cozy in my home, everything was renovated with new appliances and I love being in greenery, there’s so many trees around and lawn care service is amazing! There’s more than 1 pool and there’s a dog park!!, and even the maintenance staff has been so professional and efficient for having so many units! I have to give credit where credit is due, I would like to thank Jeanette for such a fantastic and exciting experience for helping me find a place for me here, she was so sweet and my whole family loved and appreciated her wholesome nature!

We will see how they respond and my review may change because up to this point things were good However I just paid for my very pregnant daughter to move to a 2 bedroom and they put her in a roach infested unit I’m pissed! You can smell the damn roaches but I guess the new appliances are supposed to make up for it If I pay out of pocket to get that infestation fixed and for a cleaning service because she cannot be around those chemicals she needs to be compensated !!!!! I can’t stand laziness at the expense of others
