  La administración es pésima, abren y cierran las áreas recreativas cuando les parece. Pones una orden por un problema que tienes en tu apartamento y te la cierran sin haber ido. Cuando vas a reclamarles a la oficina prácticamente se ríen en tu cara. Además de que los apartamentos por dentro están llenos de cucarachas. En plena luz del día aquí les muestro un video de como aseguran las puertas, en un horario que la piscina tiene que estar abierta. La dominicana es la peor, a ella nunca le importa lo que tengas que decir.

  i’ve called this place home for over a year now, and i can genuinely say i’ve loved living here. my experience has been great, and a huge part of that has been jasmine. she’s been incredibly helpful throughout my lease renewal process and anytime i’ve needed help with anything involving my apartment. she always communicates clearly, is so kind and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and making sure we’re taken care of. i really appreciate everything she’s done to make my experience here feel like home.

  My son was moving to Orlando for school. I choose Millennium Cove apartments because of the location. On Friday, we couldn’t come before 3pm as cleaning lady had to clean the apartment. The ”new” apartment was different from the one we had toured before. We unpacked, bleached and cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom. The cleaners didn’t do a good job. The cabinets were all falling apart. There were holes on the wall especially by the dryer. That Friday evening, the roaches started to come out to play. My son left Saturday for the day and came back Sunday afternoon.OMG. The roacjes were having a blast. They were all over his sofa, bags, containers, in bathroom, in kitchen , over the counters. He bought Roach spray but that wasn’t helping. He soept in a chair. I called and left a message on the maintenance line stating it was an emergency but I am still waiting on a call back. On Sunday, they moved him to another apartment. On the surface, this one looked better than the other. We were happy. There were stuff to be fixed loke the floor looked dirty like mold. It had black stuff all over the floor. We were told it was tape. That was not tape. Jeanette from the office stated that they would cover holes and they are getting weather stripping for the apartment. My son went to Home Depot to get the stripping and caulk. No maintenance came to help. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were gaps, open areas where roaches were coming from. Jeanette said that pest control would come Wednesday and every Wednesday for a month to spray. That’s disgusting. Where is my son leaving that pest control had to come for a month. the place was filled with roaches coming from the walls, holes and nothing was done. my son was killing roaches with his sleepers. Monday night, he left to sleep elsewhere as roaches came out to play in new apartment. I finally sent am email and text that I want to cancel My lease and to get my full refund back . Today I was told by management That I had to pay two months of rent to cancel my lease from this roach infested unkept apartment. This is a travesty.

  Another review because my lease still hasn't ended and I'm stuck in the awful place. It's so trash here. they let people blast music at all hours of the day and night. The staff never responds to emails, and when I go in they just say whatever they can to get you to leave. Can't wait to get out of this trash hole.

  No recomiendo este lugar para vivir, falta de mantenimiento, se hace el reclamo y no vienen. tengo casi 2 años viviendo aqui y esperando finalizar mi contrato para poder irme de inmediato. los baños tienen filtracion, huele a humedad, pisos levantados vienen los “arreglan” y al mes ya se levantan de nuevo, de nada sirve hacer los reclamos si mantenimiento no vienen, te cierran los tickets y cuando uno va a la oficina dicen que no hay solicitudes, es decir la aplicación está de adorno de nada sirve hacer los reportes, no se dejen llevar por la apariencia, se encargan solo de “maquillar afuera” pero por dentro la mayoria se estan cayendo. La nueva administración también es grosera, mal educada y sin valores ni mucho menos tienen ética profesional.
