  I came here today to take a tour, I got to the leasing office at 10am. It's 11:05am and I've been waiting an entire hour along with three other cars and no one has shown up. The leasing office says it's open and that the hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and I have yet to see anyone

  I genuinely implore you to find somewhere else to live.I've lived here two years now and cannot wait to be gone. From the horrible first few months of roaches that we had to handle personally, to the squirrels in my ceiling that went ignored (until they finally fell through into our home, which we also had to clean up ourselves). Recently under new ownership I had hoped for better, but maintenance is slower than ever if it gets looked into at all, with the office stating simply that "they're behind on requests". Two weeks of no updates from the office without appliances. Mail doesn't get delivered here, I frequently make trips to the post office to check if I have packages about to be sent back because they don't leave slips or use the parcel boxes. The office knows and refuses to do anything about it. There was a fun month where they kept delaying the parking lot renovation, which meant no parking spots and towed cars Trash service is spotty, and the ducks and squirrels will gladly tear bags left out to shreds and scatter trash on the lawns. But I guess that isn't a concern, as they recently removed one of the dumpsters and installed surveillance cameras in its unused space And to top it all off, when we kindly requested a unit transfer after a bullet from my neighbors came through my wall, we were told "No, because we can't guarantee your safety in other apartments either." Maris Pointe, where you aren't safe anywhere!

  Soy residente. Y estos apartamentos son un asco 😡. Hay cucaracha 🦗 por todas partes. Los servicios son pesimos , llevamos mas de un mes sin lavadora y sus escusas es que hay mas apartamentos también, eso a mi no me importa y estoy pagando un apartamento bastante caro para que pasen esas cosas . La basura lo sacan cuando se hace una montaña ⛰️ de basura en la calle . Mi recomendación es que no vengan. Van a perder su dinero 💰......

  the leasing staff is very friendly, they care about you, the apartment is big , nice and comfortable , so so far so good!
