    I have had the worst experience with closing out my lease. At this point, I have made several attempts to contact management and the apartment complex but have received no response. We emailed the entire staff that we would not be continuing our lease through the portal, but it still showed us as continuing, and they kept emailing us about renewal. We spoke to someone in person twice to explain what we were leaving earlier than the lease end date, and were advised to leave the keys in the apartment and email in. This happened, we emailed, and somehow we are being charged an additional day (we left May 27 and the lease ended April 15th). We emailed, called, left a VMs, and no one is providing us with a call back. Not sure what to do at this point since I no longer live in Florida.

    If you like paying taxes and receiving nothing in return for it you’ll love this place. First and foremost most, the customer service /management is atrocious. I have called the office over 50 times in the last year about legitimate issues due to billing, door locks being broken or batteries dead ect. I have always left very detailed messages with a phone number my name and unit number. Not ONE time have I EVER gotten a call back, nor have the bothered to answer the phone. The fees… They charge a crazy amount of fees for amenities and equipment that never works and other people are trashing. Kids littering in the pool, dogs swimming, chairs ripped out of the pool it’s a mad house and management doesn’t care at all. Gated community? Yeah right the gates are broken 4 days a week consistently and has to be kept open. Quiet?? Hahaha there’s party’s every night and teenage kids running around like they own the place. WiFi? Haha I don’t even have phone service in my apartment let alone WiFi. Parking? Apparently anyone can park here except actual residents. This place has gone down hill from the moment I moved in after a year I cannot wait to leave. I have paid them a fortune and received awful treatment in return. Don’t move here. I’m going to find out everyplace this company owns and make damn sure I never set foot in one of their properties again. Worst management of any place I have ever seen. They don’t care about or your space at all.

    This is a beautiful, well-maintained community with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are always clean, and the property is kept in excellent condition. Robert Colon, the Maintenance Manager here at Mallory Square, is outstanding! He is professional, responsive, and his positive attitude and dedication to the residents are truly appreciated. Thank you, Robert, for all your hard work!

    Jimmy from Maintenance was extremely helpful and proactive during his visit. He took the time to inspect the area and clearly guided me on the best and safest location to install my TV mount. His knowledge and recommendations made the process much easier and gave me confidence in moving forward with the installation. In addition, he noticed that my AC filter needed attention and went ahead and replaced it, which I greatly appreciated. Jimmy was professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Excellent service overall, and I’m very thankful for his assistance.

    Unfortunately, the level of service and communication at this community has significantly declined. I’ve been trying to reach management for over a month and a half with no response to phone calls or emails. As a resident who is currently in Miami, it has been extremely frustrating not being able to get assistance when needed. Additionally, valet trash service has been inconsistent, with trash often not being picked up as scheduled. Overall, management does not seem to be operating as effectively as it once did. The property was much more organized and professional when Carlos and Karen were here. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves communication and resident services moving forward.
