  Lived here 18 months. Mallory Square sells itself as Lake Nona luxury — saltwater pool, cabanas, huge gym, bowling, golf simulator, gated parking — and charges accordingly. The gates and doors are constantly broken and routinely take weeks to repair. While they are down, non-residents use the common areas, and police are repeatedly called to remove them. A gate that does not close is not controlled access. A “resort community” that depends on police to clear its amenities is not a resort. The buildings are new. The operation is not. Do not rent here if working security matters.

  MIA!!!!!! Is amazing. Had such a great experience touring Mallory Square! Mia showed me around the property and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was super welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable about the community, and took the time to answer all my questions without making it feel rushed or like a high-pressure sales pitch. If you're checking out the community, definitely ask for her!" 6 STARS

  Visited this property with Mia. She was amazing very helpful. Very polite. Property is beautiful. Will come back and put in an application for rental only because Mia was so helpful.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently came to visit my family at Mallory Apartments, and I was honestly so impressed with the community that I’m now seriously considering making it my own home once my current lease is up! While my family was showing me around the property, I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina, and she made such a great impression on me. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable even though I was only there visiting. Between the beautiful community, the amenities, and especially the way Sabrina treated me, I left thinking, “I could definitely see myself living here.” Great customer service can completely change how you feel about a community, and Sabrina absolutely did that for me. Once my current lease is up, I’m hoping to come back and look at a one-bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment of my own. Thank you, Sabrina, for being so welcoming and for turning a simple visit with my family into what may end up being my future home! Five stars for Mallory and especially for Sabrina! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
