  I’ve been touring a lot of apartments and my experience with this place was the worst unfortunately. I had an appointment at 10:00 am. No one showed up until 10:15. Melanie wasn’t inviting, she looked very annoyed I was there. She did not even spend 10 mins showing me the apartment complex and speaking with me. She did not sit down with me about prices or care if I had additional questions. Wouldn’t feel comfortable making this a future home.

  So far, we've had a really great experience living at Luma. One thing I personally appreciate is how often I see the maintenance team around the community throughout the day. You can tell they put in the extra effort to keep the property clean, maintained, and up to standards. I really appreciate everything they do. We originally signed our lease with Melanie, and we had a couple of hiccups during the move-in process because we we kept changing the unit we wanted to move to due to our previous lease lack of cooperation. However, Melanie and the other managers in the office were very helpful and made the whole process easy and pleasant despite the circumstances. Their communication and willingness to work with us made a huge difference. The pool and gym are impeccable. I personally use the gym around four times a week, and so far I've really enjoyed it. It's also nice to see that the community generally takes care of the shared spaces. Even when people use the gym equipment, they usually clean up after themselves so the next person can use it, which I really appreciate. Overall, it's a great community, and we've been very happy with our experience so far. My only real concern would be the walls being a little thin. You can sometimes hear conversations from neighboring apartments, even from inside the bathroom, and you can definitely hear people running or moving around on the floor above you. It's not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it's something to be aware of if you're sensitive to noise. Other than that, we're very happy with Luma and the experience we've had with the staff and maintenance team. Definitely a 5-star experience from us so far!

  This is a very well managed property, lately they have made some nice upgrades like to the exterior paint and the pool area. They keep the community nice clean and the maintenance response quickly.

  I had a smooth and professional experience with my move in and everything associated. Any small requests were quickly taken care of by maintenance (Dominic is fantastic and communicative) and the office staff were very accommodating. Prior to my move in, I requested to look at the model unit one more time for my floor plan so I can take measurements and make sure my furniture fit. The gentleman at the front desk (I think Elvio or Edwin, I forget the name I do apologize) was very accommodating and had no issues with me doing so. Stephanie was very quick with all of my paperwork. I look forward to long standing future here at Luma
