  1 star because of the front desk reception guy. came in looking for an apartment to rent and he explained everything in the lobby, didn’t invite me to his office to sit or have some water nothing. I already checked the website before hand and got the basic information and he didn’t even try to “sell” the apartment unit for me. he pulled out his ipad and read everything from the website and after that he basically just stared at me. no smile, nothing. Didn’t offer to tour, didn’t care to show or inform me other hotel perks and benefits. Obviously im looking for an apartment and been to many different offices and that guy was by far the worst reception i had to talk to.

  I’ve been living here for couple months. So far I can say this has been a very interesting and not so pleasant experience. From neighbors consistently arguing yelling and fighting each other early in the morning and being able to hear everything that is being said. Walls are soooo thin it’s ridiculous. To the carpet in the hallways smelling like straight piss because of the dogs and looking so dirty. To the elevators floors also dirty. Working the nightshift and coming home to hearing a dog bark for hours is just ridiculous. Paying what you pay monthly is just not worth it here. Honestly can’t wait until my lease is up to leave this place.

  I am dropping this to 1 star because the leasing office completely failed my friend. They allowed a co-tenant to transfer to a different unit without ever notifying my friend or getting any kind of consent. My friend is literally in the middle of cancer treatment and was blindsided with less than a month to move out because of this. The roommate started the process, but the office enabled it. They processed a major lease change without checking if the other person on the lease even knew what was happening. There were no signatures required and no notice given. They basically let one person blow up someone else’s housing situation behind their back. If you live here, be aware that a roommate can apparently change your entire living situation without the office ever letting you know. This was a total breakdown in accountability that put someone already fighting for their health under massive, unnecessary stress. They had every chance to handle this the right way and they did not.

  Unsafe and Unwelcoming . The neighbors and staff are rude. Your car will get broken into while you sleep unfortunately, no matter how much you pay for rent over here. The sound insulation sucks so bad, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. No peace or quiet in your own home. The parking sucks after 7pm. The hallways smell like Dog Urine. What more can I say …
