  I had been watching this property for weeks and wanted to check it out before I flew back home as I plan to move here . No future resident parking so I went in to the office to inquire about where to park (without getting towed) as I see that is a reoccurring theme with Orlando apartments. First thing I noticed was the smell of weed, so it’s clear that a no smoking policy isn’t strictly enforced there. Walked into the office & one of the leasing employees were on a call and looked busy, understandable. There was an employee behind her in a back office who saw me and told me to be seated and they’ll help me shortly. No “Hi, how are you?” Or “Hello, what can we assist you with.” Or even an acknowledgement of the fact I was here for a tour. I was just told to sit down. I didn’t sit down yet as we still didn’t know where to park. I asked her where we could park as all the future resident spaces where taken, she said we could park on the side but it was confusing as it seemed she was referring to parking inside of the property (in resident parking beyond the gate) . I asked her if we needed a tag to put inside the car to not get towed. The apartment we toured prior to this gave us a tag to put inside the car to prevent towing. She just repeated herself and said we can park on the side, I have to add that the whole time she is talking to me she is looking at her computer screen and not even looking at me. I guess she could not have been bothered to look at someone when she is talking to them. Overall I found the entire interaction unfriendly and off putting especially towards someone who is trying to tour one of your units. I went back outside and canceled the tour and left. If you desperately need an apartment and don’t care if the leasing office is friendly or not this is the place for you, but if you prefer a property that doesn’t smell like weed when you pull up and has friendlier (and helpful) leasing agents I would pick a different apartment complex that’s not this one.

  Mi experiencia a sido increíble nos tocó un building super tranquilo y nada de ruidos, cada vez que colocamos un request de mantenimiento van al instante a resolver, estamos satisfechos con nuestro departamento😊... Solo mejoraría un poco las áreas comunes donde esta la piscina pero del resto todo bien! ☺️

  I had a great experience. Valerie Charriez was super helpful throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and made everything easy and stress free. She was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Definitely appreciate all her help and would recommend asking for Valerie if you’re looking into this place. TRUST ME

  Absolutely amazing community! Have been here about 2 years now. The office staff and maintenance team are so friendly and are always there for me. Particularly Emmanuel, Angela and Vanessa that are in the office. They always respond fast to every request and are always going the extra mile! Excited to renew my lease and continue living another year here, truly recommend it! PS. Best pool view ever!
