  I had made a request in the morning for my washer to be checked, couple hours after Enrique and Peter were already in my apartment trying to figure out what’s going on and fixing it. They also explained to me what to look out for in the future to prevent the washer from acting out again.

  I have been a resident since 2020, I have been living in the apt 1-239 for 6 years, and I find this maintenance team(Enrique,Peter,Curtis) to be the best that has lasted and answered all my concerns and requests. Congratulations to the entire team.

  On September 23, Enrique repaired our refrigerator and a/c unit. Both of them needed the compressors evacuated and recharged. He showed up timely and was very courteous. The repairs we completed timely and the space was well cleaned up and put back well.
