  My moving team forgot to take my patio furniture, I was working on having them come back to remove said furniture and this place gave me ONE DAY to do so before attempting to charge a fee. They do not care about the residents, only your wallet.

  When we first looked at the apartment, my husband was hesitant. He said you couldn't get me to live in an apartment. Now after almost going on our 4th year, I can't get him to leave. That says a lot. The management are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy going for our coffee to just stop by to say hello. They have my frenchie spoiled with giving her treats. The maintenance team, they are very nice and courteous. They respond to any problems quickly and efficiently. We love the apartment life. We couldn't found a better place to call home.

  Wonderful place to call home neighbors are family and location is awesome clean and indoor garage is a big plus access directly to garage from apartment it is very pleasant here wouldn't go anywhere else to live great team.

  The staff at The Landon House are all exceptional. They, Frances, Geoffrey, Lexy, Bella and the maintenance team are all professional, pleasant and helpful. The few times I’ve had an issue and brought it to any of their attention, it was handled expeditiously. The building is beautiful and well maintained and more importantly safe. The amenities are the best. The pool area and gym are comparable to a 4-star hotel. The Lobby’s decorum is welcoming and beautifully decorated. Lastly, the location is the absolute best. I am 15 minutes from Orlando Airport about 10-15 minutes from major stores — Publix, Sam’s, Lowe’s, T.J. Max, Home Sense, Barnes & Nobel and Total Wines just to name a few. Lastly if you want to be entertained Boxi Park, Lake Nona’s Town Center, and The Wave Hotel are all in walking distance. And, with all the great restaurants conveniently located in the area family-night out, or date night is as easy as saying, what are you in the mood for this weekend. All in all, The Landon House is a 5 out there f 5 for me.
