  0 STARS!!!!!! Unfortunately I have to make this post to warn others. When we were moving in they told us to come in at 10 am and when we showed up with all of our belongings and people to help. But then shortly told that we had to wait u til 2pm because they were having the tub redone and carpet redone. My boyfriend has dropped his wallet from his vehicle and went looking for it not even 3 minutes after realizing, not even 5 minutes after the office has called and said they found his wallet. There were $400 dollars cash in it and when he went to get it from the office there wasn’t any cash in it. So obviously we know who it was either the matinence guy who is constantly driving around or the manager took it. We went to retrieve the wallet and he told the manager where was the cash and he got the response “be lucky your cards are still there I wouldn’t be worried about the cash”. That definitely doesn’t make the manager sound like there is something fishy going on. I truly believe the management too the cash because it was gone within 5 minutes and there is no possible way anyone else could get it. When they called us within the 5 minutes and said matinence found it then when we got there they said oh we don’t know who brought it up. The place is a slum and doesn’t have management. No one is ever in charge and when we moved in and felt like there was never solutions to issues we had. Then we ran into issues with the mailbox lock not working and couldn’t get out mail for 4 weeks because they take forever and after it was fixed we only got one key. The Ants were a big issues, we always had ants in our apartment and roaches. There were termites in the cabinets and leaving dropping everywhere. Did I mention no one even helped? I can full heartedly not recommend this place because there is no organization. When they had people painting the buildings I guess they go for what’s cheapest because it took about 7 months and oversprayed everywhere. We had a ring on our door and they sprayed over that and they left trash and food everywhere. The place constantly smelled like weed and just looked trashy and still is with the “renovation”.

  PUT 2 STARS TO GET MORE VIEWS BUT I MEANT 0 STARS!!!!! We moved in July 7th 2025 and moved out July 7th 2026. I wish we had good reviews, yes the price was decent but it was just calling for bad news. ( Originally the apartment was available in June but then later we were told July after signing the lease).When we first moved in we had issues with the shower, we were told not to use the tub for the first two days because they last minute hired people to repaint the shower. Which unfortunately was a rush job and was peeling when they removed all the tape from it. When we originally got the apartment we were told that we could bring our own washer and dryer. Then they proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t and that the apartment came with them but we were never disclosed about paying monthly. They said it was $100 extra a month. Next issue we ran into was the floors were horrible and uneven. Random screws holding pieces down and unfortunately ran into the first big issue, we began to run into issues with our water heater. Resulting in no hot water for two weeks which isn’t fun they were not in a rush and didn’t really care. We told them it’s not allowed to not have hot water and they didn’t even offer any solution, basically we had to wait for the part to come in then they took forever to install the part. The closet was a mess and the doors never worked after they installed new carpet which was too plush and resulted in the doors not being able to close and open properly. We ended up telling them to remove the doors because they were more in the way. The closet was broken and they had to “fix it”, the rack was bent and just not usable. The apartment was the best when we first moved in with weekly land matinence and pesticides. No fleas of some sort but the last couples months things just got worse and worse. There was never doggy bags to pick up droppings and always parties late at night of young kids playing loud music and smoking. We encountered an apartment being swatted and just a whole big mess. Weekly there were cop cars patrolling and responding to issues that were constant. If you ever put in a work order good luck you might as well do it urself. Manager was rude and not professional. I guess he thought he was the big boss but never was there to fix things. But when ur late on payment he will be the first one at ur door. We had auto payments and still got threatening messages on day one.
