  I moved into lakeside villas almost 5 months ago and it’s been great from the start Natalie was very helpful and informative on the unit! Anyone I know who is looking for apartments I refer them here because they have awesome staff anything wrong they come and fix it fast and honestly it’s a relief that nothing goes unheard! If you guys are looking for a place in a great area make sure to come here and talk to Natalie!

  En días recientes el Señor Gustavo de Mantenimiento arregló el aire acondicionado de mi apartamento y lo hizo con excelente profesionalidad, además, también se dio cuenta de un salidero de agua en el baño y también lo arregló. Felicitaciones para él.

  The management is a little all over the place, and the apartment itself was falling apart. Something would break all the time and they don’t look like the ones that you tour. The managers are only nice when they are trying to make a sale once you’ve signed with them they don’t care about how they treat you. Overall, I did not feel very safe here as a young girl living on my own, and I ended up breaking my lease. There was also a ton of bugs. I think if you are older, this might be a nice place but if you are a college student thinking about living here, I would rethink and find something cheaper as well. I also put in multiple maintenance request about the stuff that broke and nobody ever showed up. I don’t ever want to put a business down or leave a review like this, but I feel like I should definitely say something because I wish I would’ve known this stuff before I decided to leave here. It just doesn’t uphold stuff that is important to me that I would’ve rather knew before I signed.
