The apartments are fantastic, and all the common areas are always in top shape. ​Special recognition goes to Nohelia Marrero and Pauline Meier—they make an extraordinary duo! They are always proactive, helpful, and solve any issue right away. It is also great for Spanish speakers, as they make you feel right at home with their bilingual assistance. ​Watermark is genuinely the perfect community for everyone—kids, young professionals, seniors, and furry friends. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great home!

  The best community in Lake Nona for you and your pet! Living at Watermark Apartments has been an incredible experience. The community is peaceful, quiet, and offers wonderful privacy. Having a dog here is a dream—with two dedicated dog parks, it is truly pet-friendly. The amenities make this place unique: a fantastic swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, free coffee, free printing station, a huddle room for work, valet trash service, free parking, and even a car center. On top of having all these top-tier perks, it is by far the most affordable and best-value community in all of Lake Nona. A very special shoutout to Pauline (affectionately known as “P”). She is magnificent, highly respectful, and incredibly efficient. She stays on top of every detail and, whenever you need anything, she is always there to help and find a quick solution. 100% recommended!

Her warmth, human touch, and utmost professionalism are truly exceptional. She is always ready to help and genuinely understands our needs and expectations as tenants—she is literally an angel sent from heaven! ​Xiomara, the manager, is also wonderful. She is always attentive, collaborative, and greets you with a warm smile and great kindness. ​You can also sleep with complete peace of mind thanks to the maintenance team: Dimas, Miguel, and Frank. Whenever a repair or maintenance request is needed, they handle it efficiently, quickly, and flawlessly. ​Watermark is a fantastic place to live. Highly recommended!

  I like to thanks Pauline Meier and Noelia Marrero for doing a fantastic job in helping me renew my lease with Water Mark apartment. Since I’ve been living here, it’s been a remarkable experience with staff members. The grounds are kept up. The amenities are off the hook, and it’s a great place to Retire and stay. Thanks again to all the remarkable staff members members that keeps watermark flourishing. 😃

  Noelia Marrero helped me so much with the renewal process that she took away my concerns about the whole process while dealing with a new website system. Highly recommend this place. Really feel at home.
