This apartment is AMAZING! There are so many amenities, and everything is always so clean. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming also. Katerin has been instrumental in getting settled at Pixon; she has helped us with so much, such as helping us get a lease from out of state and showing us how to use the mailbox among other things. If you ever need help, I suggest you ask for her because she is an asset. This place is the best!

What I wish someone told me before moving in …..
1. It is impossible it is to have anything delivered. (Grocery delivery, door dash, etc)
2. It is not possible to pay for a second key fob. They only allow one key fob per legally signed person on the lease.
When I move out, it will be because of these reasons and these reasons alone. In a modern era where door dash and other grocery delivery services are a “normal way of life”, the Pixon sits outside of that. There is no central location for deliveries to be dropped off. “Security measures” make it close to impossible to have anything delivered, unless your delivery person is capable of walking flights up stairs with loads of stuff and just “happens to know” the building.
Once when I was sick, I had to have pizza delivered for my daughter to eat - and it ended up being a full 10 minutes of me on the phone with the delivery driver, instructing her where to find the stairwells and how to get up to my apartment. I meet many folks who are just trying to deliver things to apartments, and they have a very difficult time here.
USPS and other delivery drivers do NOT have access to elevators.
As a single mom, I used to rely heavily on these services to help me just function in life. At the Pixon, I’ve had to physically go to the stores for everything. In the times when it is an emergency, it’s always a delivery disaster.
Anytime I need anything signed for FedEx, they don’t even bother to come up to my apartment. I need to drive 17 minutes away to the post office for pick up.
Other packages through USPS often have delays due to codes being missing or other things.
Sometimes Walmart will have a driver bring something to the building … and sometimes I’m lucky enough to be home to be able to physically go out to the street and find them to get my package.
The only somewhat reliable delivery service is Amazon because they have Amazon hub. (Most of the time)And I’m not talking about Amazon groceries.
If you are someone that doesn’t want deliveries or use door dashed services … this place is perfect for you.
But if you are someone that enjoys the modern conveniences of Walmart grocery delivery or DoorDash - this is not the place you want to live.
This place is a delivery disaster.
If I would have known this before moving in, I would have NEVER signed a lease here.
Also, if you have any trusted persons (or family members) that need access to your apartment or the building with a key fob … you won’t be able to get one for them unless they are signed on your lease.
The Pixon is a very hip cool modern building, and the actual apartment itself is very nice. Maintenance is phenomenal. The location is fantastic. The HVAC system is extremely efficient and everything is built super well.
The actual functionality of living here in a “modern society” is super limited. Ironic, because it is quite the “modern” place.
I will be moving out at the end of my lease due to these reasons! I have actually contemplated breaking my lease early if I can find another location. Unfortunately coordinating moving again in such a short period time is very costly. The pains of the inconveniences have been massive living here.
I wish someone told me. I’ve lived in apartments before and NEVER had these issues …
I should have been keeping better track of recording all of the errors in delivery, but I’m going to start posting them here. People need to be aware before they move here …

I'm a new resident at Pixon. Katerin in the leasing office moved at light speed to show available spaces and to move me through the leasing process on my available timeline. She had intimate knowledge of the property and answered all of my Qs promptly and accurately.
The building itself is beautiful. As someone moving from NYC, I was looking for a vibrant community where I could feel at-home, whether relaxing or working. Pixon is very modern in design, with colorful, comfortable and abundant indoor/outdoor common spaces. I personally signed a "Franklin" unit which is gorgeous.
The overall Pixon community feels active and energetic, but not in an overwhelming way. It's energy level is just right.

Pixon is a wonderful community space. It is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Hannah Howell does an outstanding job creating a positive experience for everyone.
I especially appreciate how Pixon provides a comfortable place for students, remote workers, and seniors to study, work, read, or simply relax. Orlando could use more spaces like this that bring people together and serve the community so well. Thank you to the entire team @ Pixon such a great place.

Searching from out of state, asked several times for pricing and got told immediately “pricing is subject to change”
Yes okay I get that but you need to provide pricing for it to change. Confused on the wardrobes asked if someone could take a quick picture of the two bedroom units, was just issued the same pictures you see online and told couldn’t do that. So someone sitting at your concierge desk cannot get up and take a picture of a staged unit ? Asked for a virtual tour…. Guess what …. Couldn’t do that either. Asked about larger units 3 bedrooms, got the run around and told my boss will reach out to you, why can a person sell 1-2 bedrooms but not 3 . For someone handing over money to you, your place is a joke. You act as though you’re exclusive to Orlando when there are thousands of places to select from. Ended up looking in a different side of town and even questioning the move to Orlando to begin with after encountering that level of horrific service.
