  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem in the Rough! I’ve lived here for two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The community strikes a great balance between nature, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. One thing that truly stands out is the management. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted—whether it was an HVAC refill or simply replacing a light bulb—has always been addressed within 24 hours. A special shoutout to Jennifer, who helped me move in. Even after all this time, she still responds to my emails, texts, and calls with the same professionalism and promptness she showed on day one. That level of consistency is rare. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, and genuinely makes residents feel welcome. Weekends here have a great vibe. Families barbecue, kids play, neighbors gather around the pool, and there’s always a relaxed sense of community without it ever feeling overcrowded or noisy. The lake is my favorite part—it’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The residents are respectful, friendly, and create a pleasant community to be part of. Location is another major advantage. You’re minutes from the airport, with Lake Nona West, Boxi Park, and the growing Boggy Creek area all nearby. Best of all, you get to enjoy the Lake Nona lifestyle without dealing with the Narcoossee Road traffic—and I say that as someone who also lived off Narcoossee for over a year. Overall, it’s hard to find a community that offers this combination of responsive management, great neighbors, beautiful surroundings, and an unbeatable location. If you’re considering moving to the area, this property absolutely deserves a spot at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

  The staff here are so great. This community feels very homey with resident events, food trucks and kind neighbors.

  Extremely disappointed!!!! They charged for tub supposedly not clean, and first day of moving, we used the tub and the white paint they always put before new people move in went right away and it showed black spots around the tub… we cleaned them before moving out very well but it was obvious the ware the tub had and nothing we could do about it…Honestly wouldn’t recommend this apartments but if you do just prepare yourself that when you move out they will scam you and try to charge for things that aren’t true.

  Had such a great experience with the staff at the leasing office when touring! Jennifer was so kind and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this complex to any friend/family.

  Me, my wife and our son always come to the community events organised by Arelis and Pedro. They always bring something new and fun that the whole family can enjoy like painting, salsa lesson, hat/tshirt making to name a few. Always a great time and you get to know your neighbours too. If you haven’t been to one, I highly recommend it.
