  After living here with my family for three weeks, I can say we are very happy. From the very beginning, the service provided by Nicole and Yari, as well as the maintenance team has been excellent; they are incredibly kind and attentive. Today we enjoyed a popcorn bar, sodas, tea, and coffee—it was great—and we took the opportunity to spend some time playing in the game room. The apartments are very modern, featuring wood flooring (which is hard to find in other complexes) and a very peaceful atmosphere. I recommend this community 100% and invite you to come and be a part of it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Happy I Made the Move! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new home! ❤️ Moving is always a big transition, but the amazing team here made me feel so welcomed and reassured that I made the right decision. One of my favorite things is that the apartment is brand new! There’s something so special about being the first person to use everything. Everything feels fresh, beautiful, and new! Having a storage unit was one of my top priorities when looking for my new home, so I was thrilled to find out they offer them here. A huge thank you to the team for helping me get the larger storage unit I needed. It truly made a difference for me, and I can’t thank you enough! A very special shoutout to my leasing agent, Yanibel! 💕 She is such a sweet young lady, so welcoming, friendly, and professional. She always has the biggest smile, communicates so well, and is incredibly responsive. Anytime I have a question or concern, I know I can count on her, and she always follows up right away. Having someone like her during such a big transition makes such a difference! I also want to give a big thank you to Lizette, the Assistant Manager, and Rae, the Manager, for being so kind, sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout my transition. And a big shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Israel, who has been so kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. It’s wonderful knowing you have a team that genuinely cares. I actually moved here from one of their sister properties, so leaving was definitely bittersweet. ❤️ I always loved the beautiful sunsets at my old place, and I’m so happy to see that I get to enjoy gorgeous sunsets here too! 🌅 I captured this photo right in front of the leasing office and just had to share it. The funny part is, my new apartment actually faces the sunrise, so I can’t wait to capture that view one of these days… if I can get myself up early enough! 😂🌅 I’m so grateful for everyone who helped make this move such a positive experience. This community offers more of the things I needed and having such a wonderful team to help me transition into my new place has meant so much to me. I truly feel like I made the right choice and I’m so excited for this new chapter! 🥰🏡✨ 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We had an excellent experience with Nicole! We haven’t lived in an apartment complex in years, so we were a little hesitant about the process. Nicole made everything easy, smooth, and completely hassle-free. Her customer service was outstanding professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We also want to recognize Angel, the maintenance gentleman, for his professionalism and quick response. He was prompt, courteous, and took care of everything efficiently. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  Kelson at Lake Nona definitely exceeded our expectations. The community feels genuinely luxurious, and we absolutely love that it’s pet friendly. The pet spa has been such a great amenity for our puppy! A huge shout out to Nicole, our leasing agent. From the moment we toured the property, she made us feel welcome and secure throughout the entire application process! She’s been incredibly attentive and responsive to every question and request we’ve had since moving in. She’s even been amazing with helping us navigate and resolve some of the minor issues that came up in our unit. We’d definitely recommend this community and asking for Nicole if you get the chance!
