  We had an excellent experience with Nicole! We haven’t lived in an apartment complex in years, so we were a little hesitant about the process. Nicole made everything easy, smooth, and completely hassle-free. Her customer service was outstanding professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We also want to recognize Angel, the maintenance gentleman, for his professionalism and quick response. He was prompt, courteous, and took care of everything efficiently. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  I had such a great experience working with Nicole throughout my apartment search process. She was incredibly accommodating, patient, and responsive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and meet all of my needs. She made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

  Kelson at Lake Nona definitely exceeded our expectations. The community feels genuinely luxurious, and we absolutely love that it’s pet friendly. The pet spa has been such a great amenity for our puppy! A huge shout out to Nicole, our leasing agent. From the moment we toured the property, she made us feel welcome and secure throughout the entire application process! She’s been incredibly attentive and responsive to every question and request we’ve had since moving in. She’s even been amazing with helping us navigate and resolve some of the minor issues that came up in our unit. We’d definitely recommend this community and asking for Nicole if you get the chance!
