  Today, I toured the grand opening of the apartments. Everyone was welcoming and especially nice. Thank you to Mev for giving the best tour. I appreciate Mev's kindness and welcoming to the property, along with the whole staff. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Along with the grounds, the pool is absolutely amazing with a waterfall feature. If you're looking for an apartment, I would start here at Kelson; you won't be disappointed. Again, thank you to Mev for his hospitality, knowledge, and welcoming smile.

  We recently moved in to an apartment here at Kelson and we absolutely love it. Beautiful and modern apartment that has everything we ever wanted. We were helped by Mev and he helped us make the leasing process very easy and straightforward, he was great and very nice every time. Thank you Mev!

  I recently toured Lake Nona Kelson and was so impressed! The community is beautiful, especially the resort-style pool area it truly feels like a luxury getaway. What made the experience even better was the incredible leasing team. Johanna, Yanibel, and Mev were all so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They made the entire tour feel personal and seamless. Highly recommend checking this place out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I just toured the brand new units at Lake Nona Kelson and honestly loved them. The interiors are so clean and modern the white cabinets make everything feel bright and fresh, and I’m obsessed with the fact that there’s no carpet. It just feels way more updated and easy to maintain. The location is also super convenient, really close to 417 and the new Target (YEEY) in Lake Nona West, which I love. And shoutout to Johanna for such a great tour she was so friendly and made the whole experience feel easy and genuine. Definitely recommend checking it out!
