He responds quickly to maintenance requests, does quality work, and makes sure everything is taken care of properly.   Junior Santana was excellent! He helped me with the AC repair in my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before finishing the job. My AC is working perfectly now! I highly recommend Junior for his great service and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I toured the isles at East Mill. The leasing agent Myra was so informative; she made life easy. I had visited a property before her, and they were horrible. Myra offered coffee, snacks, and water—just a great experience. I needed an apartment for November, but she treated it as if I were moving tomorrow. Thank You

  5 stars for the maintenance team - Junior Santana came out to fix my AC past regular working hours and I appreciate them so much!! 4 stars for the rest of the apartment, I like it here but there are definitely some “landlord specials” situations (ex. my sink was painted over and its still peeling off) and I have bugs but that’s normal for a Florida apartment - overall I really enjoy living here and have had only good experiences with the management and maintenance!!
