  Don’t get fooled by the nice lake view, game room that only works during office hours(and half of the equipment doesn’t work) and the small gym. My A/C is always breaking down, (it’s a brand new united installed in 2023 btw!) they always find ways to charge you extra such as parking fee, technology fee etc(all implemented less than 2 years ago) ..and to top it off, the exit gate has been broken for 1 year!! They spend money planting new trees and can’t fix the gate, it’s unbelievable. Also, they said there were going to tow people parking on the curbs blocking the street but never do. If you plan to stay here for over a year good luck

  I’m currently on my third lease and second unit here and it has been such a great experience. This is the only apartment community that I’ve seen make consistent upgrades to the community and quality of living. Maintenance is respectful and friendly and requests are filled in a timely manner and the front office agents are always helpful no matter how annoying I could be sometimes lol Whenever my friends are complaining about their houses or communities, I’m always quick to refer them here

  Overall, we really enjoy living here! The community is beautiful, the apartment is very spacious, and the price is great for what you get. We also haven’t had any problems with roaches, insects, or anything like that. Whenever something needs maintenance, the team is usually very quick to fix it, and everything in our apartment works properly. Our only real complaint is the parking situation. There simply aren’t enough parking spaces, especially late at night. If we arrive after 11 PM or midnight, it’s very difficult to find a spot, and sometimes we have to park along the street. Unfortunately, our car has already been towed twice because of the parking situation. Other than the parking issue, we really like living here and have had a very good experience overall. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, well-maintained, and a great value for the price.

  I’ve lived at Harbortown for almost two weeks now and am extremely impressed. Franco was very helpful and personable with the entire move in process. Franco went out of his way to get to know us and even remember us when we pass by. I’ve lived at numerous other apartment complexes and I have to say, Harbortown takes great pride and care of their property. The community is quiet, the units are clean, and the landscaping is gorgeous. My dogs enjoy walks at this property as the grass is well maintained and you’re not dealing with ant hills every step like most Florida complexes have. What stands out the most to me is their maintenance team. My A/C system was down so I placed a call to the emergency maintenance line - within 10 minutes, someone was at my door to resolve the issue. Julian was so helpful, courteous, and quick with resolving the issue. I really appreciated that Julian took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it. The golf course views are immaculate and make you feel like you’re at a resort.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Julian did a great job! He was professional, friendly, and very informative throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything and fixed as many of the maintenance issues as he could. I really appreciate his positive attitude, excellent customer service, and the effort he put into getting as much done as possible. Thank you, Julian, for your hard work!
