  Living at Harbortown Apartments in MetroWest has become extremely stressful for my family. For months we have been dealing with marijuana smoke entering our apartment from neighboring units almost every night. The smell becomes so strong that one of our bedrooms becomes unusable. We are paying full rent for a home we cannot fully enjoy or safely use. The most disappointing part is management’s lack of action. We have reported the issue multiple times, documented everything, cooperated fully, and followed every instruction given to us. Despite all of this, nothing changes. Instead of providing a real solution, management continues sending repetitive responses while the problem continues affecting our family daily. No resident should have to deal with smoke entering their home every night. If the issue cannot be resolved, management should at least offer affected residents a transfer to another unit under the same lease conditions. Future residents deserve to know that unresolved quality-of-life issues here can become a serious problem.

  Reporté un problema en mi apartamento y llegaron más rápido de lo que esperaba. Sé que en un complejo grande siempre hay muchas órdenes de trabajo, pero aun así me atendieron con rapidez. Carlos fue quien vino, y su trato y la forma en que resolvió el problema fueron increíbles. Muy agradecida por el servicio.

  Went to the leasing office to inquire about possibly renting here, the staff was really nice and the amenities looked good. HOWEVER, the leasing office had this God awful smell. I don’t know if they use a specific kind of incense scent or chemical cleaning agent or what. I wanted to say something but other potential renters were in the office as well, so I suffered in silence and started breathing through my mouth. The odor was so bad I could taste it even hours after I left. I was nauseous all day, as soon as I got home I threw my clothes in the wash and jumped in the shower to wash the scent out of my hair. I never experienced anything like this. I really hope they see this review and they check the air vents because it smells like something may have died in there.

  My daughter was looking for an apartment in the Metro West area of Orlando. We stopped in on a Saturday in February, no appointment, and we were greeted by Franco. He was happy to show us the complex without an appointment. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with and she signed the lease that day. On move in day he was also very helpful with anything she needed and the apartment was extremely clean. She loves the Harbortown complex which has amenities such as a fitness room, a beautiful resort style pool, an arcade and movie room. Great amenities, staff, apartments, and rental prices for Metro West.
