  many of the residents that live here, also work on universal property. that being said, my job doesn’t close until midnight that i do not get home until 1-2am most nights. there has not been parking a single night since living here (5 months ago). after working long, exhausting hours, and having to pay a separate monthly fee just to park your car at your house, with absolutely no spaces available. paying alone is ridiculous but paying and having nowhere to store your vehicle to then get it towed 40 minutes away for $130 fee. Besides figuring out how to get there and back with absolutely no transportation. i was told from 10-10 if ur in a ‘fun spot’ your okay… this information has NEVER been communicated to any of its residences. Many residents park along curbs, in front of stop signs, garages that residences pay additional for, and are never towed HOURS after 10. Meaning at 4/5pm there’s still cars parked insane, blocking traffic, but mine in an actual spot now ruins my entire day and plans now trying to figure out how to get my car back. If you work at universal, do yourself a favor and save the stress of wanting to relax when you get home.

  Greatest experience ever ! I can write a book on how amazing Chamely was and is. This place sells itself but the front office takes it to another level. I’ve have plenty of great experiences in my life but I kid you not, this was the VERY BEST!!!

  I moved in recently, and the service has always been excellent. The office staff always answers my emails and clarifies any questions I have, and all my maintenance requests are addressed immediately. A special thanks to Julian de La Rosa, who resolved my lighting issue with great courtesy and professionalism.

  I really like this community! I recently toured the apartment complex looking for early next year. The staff was really friendly and Franco was very helpful guiding me. He answered all my questions and gave me a good breakdown of costs and expectations. The community was clean and well taken care of. Can’t wait to make it my home!

  We want to give a big shoutout to Julian from the maintenance team! He came to fix our AC yesterday within 30 minutes of placing the maintenance order. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We really appreciate his quick response, especially in this Florida heat. Harbortown is lucky to have him!
