  After spending quite a bit of time researching properties to live in Orlando, I finally found this place, and my experience has been great so far. The application process was very smooth, even though I applied from a different state. The staff has been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive throughout the process. The apartments are spacious, and the location is very convenient. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live in the Orlando area.

  This apartment is amazing. The amenities are incredible and they have a rooftop pool. The customer service provided by the leasing agents is top tier. Antonio has been extraordinary throughout the entire process. He has gone over and beyond to make sure this is a pleasant place to live. Isabella and the remaining leasing agents are so pleasant and kind. All the leasing agents are always willing to help. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Grande Pointe Apartments!

  I recently toured this brand-new apartment community and was honestly blown away. The property is absolutely beautiful and has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. From the amenities to the overall layout, everything feels modern, well-thought-out, and inviting. Melanie, the leasing agent, was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the entire tour enjoyable and gave me a great impression of the community. If you're looking for a new apartment, I would definitely recommend taking a look at this property. It is truly beautiful, and the customer service was top-notch from the moment I walked in.✨️

  I had an amazing experience touring this community, and a huge part of that was because of Melanie. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained the amenities and leasing process clearly, and made the entire tour feel personalized instead of rushed or transactional. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the visit. The property itself is beautiful, but Melanie’s customer service honestly elevated the entire experience. She represents the community extremely well and sets the standard for what great leasing professionalism should look like. If management is reading this — employees like Melanie are the reason people feel confident choosing your property. She absolutely deserves recognition for the way she goes above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for Melanie if you’re considering touring here!

  Horrible application process. Staff makes it impossible to get a final approval. Upper management is not helpful and give vague responses. Very much seems like they pick and choose who they want to live here.
