⭐ My experience living in this community has been far below what is advertised.
The property is marketed as “ultra luxury,” but in reality, the experience is very far from that.
The biggest issue is the extremely poor sound insulation between apartments. You can hear almost every step from the apartment above. We also have neighbors upstairs with a child, and we hear a lot of noise on a daily basis, but we understand that families and children live here. At the same time, we have a 2-year-old daughter, and any normal movement she makes — playing, walking, running, or dancing inside our apartment — can be heard by the neighbors below, which has already resulted in multiple complaints. This creates a very uncomfortable situation for families with young children because you feel like you have to constantly worry about every step your child takes inside your own home. For a community that presents itself as high-end, the soundproofing is extremely disappointing.
The trash collection system is also very poor and is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a property advertised this way.
The internet connection is weak and unreliable, especially for anyone who depends on it to work online. Today, a strong internet connection should be a basic feature in a residential community at this level.
The common areas have also been a major disappointment. When we rented the apartment, we were told that spaces such as the game room and movie theater would be available to use at any time, but in reality, they are basically only accessible during business hours and remain closed outside of those hours. This makes these amenities almost useless for residents who work during the day and would like to enjoy them in the evening or at other times.
The pool is advertised as heated, but in our experience, the water is extremely cold and does not feel heated at all.
Another very frustrating issue is how difficult it is to resolve problems with management. I had an issue with the rent payment app/system and was charged almost $300 in late fees, even after providing documentation from my bank showing that there were sufficient funds available in my account. Even with that documentation, the situation was not resolved in a way that I considered fair.
When you pay to live in a property marketed as “ultra luxury,” you expect quality construction, comfort, good services, accessible amenities, and efficient management when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
Before renting here, especially if you have children, work from home, or plan to use the amenities outside of business hours, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about the sound insulation, actual amenity hours, internet quality, pool temperature, trash system, and payment and late-fee policies.
The property may look beautiful in photos and during a tour, but actually living here every day is a completely different experience.

I recently toured this brand-new apartment community and was honestly blown away. The property is absolutely beautiful and has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. From the amenities to the overall layout, everything feels modern, well-thought-out, and inviting.
Melanie, the leasing agent, was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the entire tour enjoyable and gave me a great impression of the community.
If you're looking for a new apartment, I would definitely recommend taking a look at this property. It is truly beautiful, and the customer service was top-notch from the moment I walked in.✨️
