  Gabriel is great. He has always been easy to work with. I moved here last fall and resigned my lease for an additional 15 months and a big reason is Gabriel. He was very helpful with lease negotiation which got approved. He’s always very friendly and addressing any issues I have and everyone in the leasing office is. When I moved here maintenance had issues in getting to request in timely matters but it has gotten a lot better. Only downsides are there’s a gate that doesn’t work and hasn’t been since I moved here however they are working on getting that fixed. The back pool behind the gym could use some maintenance like a light in the pool perhaps inside the pool can be fixed and should be cleaned more often. But everything overall is good. Valet trash is amazing and a very big perk especially living in the third floor. I would recommend moving here.

  Felicia Young has been amazing assisting me in my apartment search. I really appreciate her being knowledgeable about the property. It helps with my decision making process.

  Paid three months of high electricity due to equipment not working properly as proven by an OUC audit. I asked for compensation and was offered nothing. Also paint seems to be very bad quality in the apartment. Finally there has been a water leak that randomly happens in the apartment since months ago and no solution for this issue has been made.

  While I can’t get this complex a 5 star rating (probably a 1), I definitely can give a shout out to the maintenance worker Christian who went above and beyond for an issue I have. Thank you so much for your prompt attention. We need more people like Christian who jumps in with no questions asked! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU CHRISTIAN 5/5 for Christian!

  I really want to thank Felicia for her continued support throughout my leasing process, from my initial move-in to my recent unit transfer. She has always been kind, professional, and very reliable when it comes to getting things handled. A big thank you as well to Gabriel for his excellent customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism. And thank you to Lionel from maintenance for the quick response and efficient repair of my clogged toilet. He was very professional and made sure everything was good before leaving.
