  Upon arrival on July 3, we noticed the lack of cleanliness, accumulated garbage, and vandalized mailboxes. After unpacking, we discovered the AC unit wasn’t working properly. We found that the unit hadn’t been maintained or the filter changed. The office apologized and provided a new air filter. We checked the main unit downstairs, and my son’s apartment had the smallest unit with warm lines. The technician used a thermometer set to 56 degrees and marked the same temperature regardless of the location. They installed a microwave and created a vertical hole in the wall to open the door. Unless the administration changes, avoid this place.

  Moved our son into his apartment a few weeks ago and we were surprised when we saw the disaster that is their trash area. They either need to better manage the area or get a bigger compactor or second location. The smell was so bad it lingered in our vehicle that was parked a good distance away for a few hours. There was a momma duck and her babies sniffing around a bleach bottle, trash strewn all over the area and rats! I fell bad for the residents in those back buildings. We also encountered several roaches while cleaning the apartment while moving in. We are very disappointed in choosing this location. We are encouraging our son to leave as soon as his lease is up. It is literally a health issue with the trash. Also the gym is not air conditioned. I would not recommend moving there.

  This experience has been great so far! Gabriel greeted me from the door and helped me the entire time. I was able to get approved for an apartment within a day, literally. The whole crew has been wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns I’ve had they were there to assist without hesitation. I’m so happy to have a place to call home & shall I mention, I love my unit.

  I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. This apartment complex is completely overpriced for the conditions tenants are expected to deal with. We have gone months without properly functioning AC, including during the summer. We’ve also dealt with a mold problem in the apartment, which management handled poorly. Most recently, our roof started leaking brown water into the apartment, and maintenance told us they planned to “let it dry for a week” and then simply paint over it — despite the apartment already having previous mold issues. That is unacceptable. For the amount residents pay, the amenities are also in terrible condition. The pool is constantly dirty, the gym equipment is run down and often closed, and the trash area near our building is regularly overflowing. Management seems more interested in covering problems up than actually fixing them. Between the maintenance issues, health concerns, and poor upkeep of the property, living here has been an awful experience. Under no circumstances would I recommend this place to anyone.

  Gabriel is great. He has always been easy to work with. I moved here last fall and resigned my lease for an additional 15 months and a big reason is Gabriel. He was very helpful with lease negotiation which got approved. He’s always very friendly and addressing any issues I have and everyone in the leasing office is. When I moved here maintenance had issues in getting to request in timely matters but it has gotten a lot better. Only downsides are there’s a gate that doesn’t work and hasn’t been since I moved here however they are working on getting that fixed. The back pool behind the gym could use some maintenance like a light in the pool perhaps inside the pool can be fixed and should be cleaned more often. But everything overall is good. Valet trash is amazing and a very big perk especially living in the third floor. I would recommend moving here.
