DO NOT LEASE HERE!
If I could give zero stars I would. The picture is the one I took when I moved out, I would suggest you do the same or risk getting scammed out of your money/ deposit.
Moved out a few weeks ago and I got my move-out statement saying I broke a window (charging me $300, no I didn’t) and left 3 bags of trash ($75) and an apartment so dirty that it required “”excessive cleaning”($100). A dirty refrigerator ($50) and dirty stove ($50) They will ask you if you want to pay a $150 “hassle free move-out” fee upfront so you don’t have worry about cleaning when moving out, it’s a scam.
They have parking lot lights that don’t work, a leasing office they can’t seem to finish renovations on. The laundry room is shut down bc of the renovation that has been going on since I moved in back in March of 2025.
The Maintenance Crew at Fountain lee vista are the best. Communication is awesome. Work ethic is a A+. Thank you guys for everything

My family and I really enjoyed living at The Fountains at Lee Vista. We had to move recently due to my husband's job transfer opportunity. Great people, great staff, and great maintenance. It was an enjoyable place to live. Thank you to Manny, Carmen, and staff for always being so kind and helpful!
Dear Carmen C,
Thank you for your call yesterday. I appreciate the time and assistance that Fountains at Lee Vista has provided during these past months.
However, I wanted to share a concern regarding my move-out experience. When I arrived at the apartment, I discovered that the locks had already been changed. Once I was able to gain access, I noticed that my remaining belongings were being removed from the refrigerator, and a television that was still in the apartment had already been connected and in use.
Fortunately, I was able to remove all of my remaining items. I simply wanted to make you aware of my concerns regarding this situation.
Thank you again for your time and attention
***The only bad thing is that in the back there's a boat repair shop and they don't control the noise they make late at night, and it's too noisy.
I have the pleasure of moving to Orlando, and want to rent an apartment so I can take my time looking for a house. Bridge Property Management's Fountains Lee Vista Apartments stood out for its location, value, and, unlike other Florida landlords that I will not name here, has an easy, organized, and reasonable application and vetting process that I was able to complete in less than an hour. A real live human, Harold, communicated with me professionally and courteously, and the online process was streamlined and clear. I believe that this will be a great home base for me in Orlando. If you're professional, reasonable, and organized, I think you'll love working with Bridge Property Management, and renting any of their properties!
