I have the pleasure of moving to Orlando, and want to rent an apartment so I can take my time looking for a house. Bridge Property Management's Fountains Lee Vista Apartments stood out for its location, value, and, unlike other Florida landlords that I will not name here, has an easy, organized, and reasonable application and vetting process that I was able to complete in less than an hour. A real live human, Harold, communicated with me professionally and courteously, and the online process was streamlined and clear. I believe that this will be a great home base for me in Orlando. If you're professional, reasonable, and organized, I think you'll love working with Bridge Property Management, and renting any of their properties!
Glennies was so amazing and helpful. Absolutely kind and professional! Definetly will be considering this apartment complex as my future home! She answered all our questions and went out of her way to find solutions for us!

I would like to just say, this complex is absolutely amazing. I was in a very complicated situation, and Harold made the moving in process super quick and simple. Every staff member, from leasing to maintenance, has been very kind and helpful! The complex also has so many wonderful amenities. The pools, gym, courts, it almost feels like a mini vacation. Such a relaxing place, but also near so much to do and eat. Great location, staff, and overall super satisfying lifestyle since I moved in. Thank you, Fountains Lee Vista!

So first I gotta say shout out to the maintenance crew Luis, eddy, Wilfredo all the crew. They are amazing. They are wonderful always respond right away. Super helpful.
Reason I’m giving it a 3 it’s because I had a lot of bugs issues. I’m always vacuuming and cleaning the apartment but they keep appearing. I’ve called plenty of times and the guys been super helpful but whatever they are spraying it’s not working. Also the staffs (admin staffs) are nice but their communication level is not so great. It’s always a hassle to get in touch with them.
Would be nice to have new appliances. Some apartment just look old. Wished its was more up to date. Other than that it’s a great place to live if you just moved to Florida.

Current resident since September 25. Lock in here...do your research before moving here. I preface this by saying you are at the mercy of the unit and people within that unit. Again yes you have to understand you live in and around people that nowadays live as if no one else exists around them.
These apts have the absolute thinnest walls ive been around. Yes i can turn of my tv and listen to the tv my neighbor is watching.
This leads to my next issue. Noise complaints. Youll be lucky to have a decent night here. My unit is constantly loud people playing music at all times..dont like to hear bass though the walls too bad enjoy thier b.s music weekdays at 3pm till about 10 11 until they sleep. Weekends forget about it plan to be up.
Want a gated community..welp not here was told in September they would be fixing it soon. January they made us download apps to control the gate and provided a community wide email saying they are closing the gates and if you havent set up the app you would be locked out...its april still wide open..anyone can get in
Want to live in a car park where people fix bikes motorcycles and thier cars welcome to Lee vista.
Have a nice balcony well cool cant sit out on it becuase your neighbors play loud music outside so you cant really enjoy just getting fresh air without the people around you provinding their own dj set.
I can provide some positives but the inherent negatives wholly outweigh the few things that are good here.
Look i know its easy to complain about everything in hopes it changes but it all starts with management. I personally have submitted noise complaints. They say they have reached out to tenets to address the issue. Days later same issues. They dont enforce any of the rules withing their agreement unles its related to non payment of rent. This community is reflective of the tenets that are here and unfortunately its not great.
I gave it a chance in todays economy but again there are more issues i can address and talk about but this has gone on long enough. Will be moving at the end of my lease and will pay premium to have a better experience elsewhere
