  The maintenance team is one of the best parts of living here. Especially Angel! Longest I’ve had to wait is 24hrs.

  OMG Herb was amazing!!! I’ve been looking for a few months and as we all know the perfect accommodation is wanted but hard to find. The level of care and knowledge was top tier. If Herb didn’t know something he definitely took that opportunity to ensure he got me the answer if it was accessible and offered. This unit is a little smaller than needed but I’m going to definitely be watching the availability to act when the size I need becomes available. First impressions are important. Great experience.

  I had a great experience with our maintenance technician Ang. He was professional, friendly, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was being fixed and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. His attention to detail and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
