  Angel is such a helpful technician. He came right away once we put our work order and actually helped with more than we even put in. He truly cares and is very kind!

  Very disappointing experience. The property has serious issues with cleanliness, security, and basic services. Trash pickup was often missed even though we were charged for it, and management did not properly address repeated complaints. I would not recommend living here.

  I lived at this apartment complex for about a year, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My biggest concerns were cleanliness, security, and the overall lack of service. During my time living here, belongings were stolen from my car. When I raised concerns about the security cameras, I was told that the camera system had not been working for years. If management is aware that the security system is not functioning, I do not understand why it has not been repaired. There is basically no real sense of security here. The property also does not feel properly secured. People can come and go very easily. We were told that the doors have a controlled access system, but in my experience the entrance could be opened very easily, which made me feel that the security measures were not effective at all. Another major issue was the trash service. We were charged a trash fee every month, but many times our trash was simply left outside our door and was not picked up. We ended up having to take it to the dumpster ourselves, even though we were paying for the service. We reported this problem multiple times, but nothing changed. Overall, I experienced poor service, poor cleanliness, and serious concerns about security. After living here for a full year and repeatedly bringing these issues to management without seeing meaningful improvement, I cannot recommend this apartment complex.

  ANGEL - The single best maintenance guy I've ever had. For 5+ years any problems we had he was always on it. Not only that, he's a great guy and a great friend to have. Treat your maintenance guy well, they deserve it. Genuinely gonna miss having him around now that we are moving. My man brings the value of this whole complex up.
