  Just toured and fell in love with the property, the location, and Herb, who gave me a stellar tour! The community is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The location is fantastic as well, with so many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Herb was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this property out!

  Angel is the man he’s always coming through with any problems I have and resolves it every time. He’s fixed/replaced multiple things in my apartment and does it in a timely manner. He’s also very informative with any questions I have he knows his stuff for sure, GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!

  Nice apartment, but incredibly loud on the side of the building near the gym. Not one night that I’m not woken up by the parking lot noise, even just someone talking outside the building. If my apartment location was better I bet I wouldn’t have this issue tho, and otherwise don’t have any complaints.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Angel for the outstanding work he consistently does. He is always professional, reliable, and quick to respond whenever maintenance is needed. No matter the issue, he approaches it with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is handled efficiently and thoroughly. What really stands out is how respectful and friendly he is—he takes the time to explain things when needed and ensures everyone feels comfortable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of everything he does. Angel is a huge asset, and his hard work does not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything he does to keep things running smoothly. He is just an amazing person and we are so grateful to have him as a member of EOS staff!

  Don’t be fooled by the nice amenities. Yes, it looks nice, but you’ll be dealing with bugs that pest control can’t get rid of. Your shower will mold constantly despite cleaning to your best efforts and instead of fixing it, they’ll charge you an outrageous fee when you move out. Also trust that the last statement will not show how much really gets taken out of your bank for final payments, it will show what they state is getting charged.
