  if you want a true and honest review, make sure you read this entirely. When i first moved in to this complex 5 years ago, everything was great. price was good, apartment was clean, easy process. But man how things have gotten worse as the years past. The office is a absolute JOKE! can never get a hold of them on the phone. AI phone system is literally the worst. They say they will do something but it never ends up getting done. The apartments are just "painted over remodels." in the last apartment i had with them, the AC system broke down AT LEAST twice a month. on repeat. Took them MONTHS to get it "fixed". Plumbing issues are a constant. Pipes from the outside get clogged and everything backs up and the apartment floods. this happens at least once a month as well. They come out and "fix" it but it will only end up happening again. Just CONSTANT inconveniences. i would honestly completely avoid this place unless they do a complete overhaul of the entire staff and truly fix these apartments. Unless that happens, id stay FAR AWAY from this place.
