  Shout out to Milton in maintenance. He's the only one I want workimg in my apartment. Always courteous and professional. He should be in charge !

  Best apt complex in area. Friendly office staff and excellent maintenance personnel. Requests are attended in a rapid and efficient manner.

  I’m highly satisfied with the customer service of this establishment. Arlene was the first person I interacted with, and from the beginning she was extremely helpful and willing to assist with anything I needed. Arlene made the entire process completely seamless and gave me as much information as possible. I spoke with the manager as well (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) but he also gave me some details of upcoming projects coming to improve this complex, which was amazing to hear. I’ve only been here for a few days, but I’m already in love with this community. Everything is well kept and maintained. Of course there’s little pockets of wear and tear but that’s to be expected in any apartment complex. It’s been an amazing first impression so far and I’m excited to see how my experience is during my stay at Cypress Run.

  From maintenance not doing their job properly the first time, to having to call the office multiple times with no answer, to having to pull up to the office because if not your problems won’t get resolved. I have grown very disappointed of how property staff handle concerns. Not only do they lie and say they will fix things and end up doing nothing. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I deeply regret having renewed my lease with this complex, and suggest anyone else to seriously consider applying elsewhere. For office staff , I highly suggest y’all start taking residents concerns seriously so that maybe we don’t have to call multiple times in different days or even the same day regarding an issue that could’ve been fixed the same day. Instead of reading the false good reviews y’all need to read the bad ones, because that is the reality we as residents live with in this complex.
