  Mi experiencia fue excelente. El proceso fue rápido y eficiente de principio a fin. Las instalaciones están remodeladas, limpias y muy agradables. Todo el personal fue muy atento, amable y profesional, y me explicaron cada paso del proceso de manera clara. Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar por la calidad de su servicio.Gracias Arlene Carrasquillo por tu atención.

  I went to their office to discuss an issue. The new property manager Mr Lopez was very helpful, very polite . So thankful that he solve it. The office staff are friendly and nice.

  worst customer service they genuinely don’t do their job for nothing and when they answer the phone they’ll treat u like absolute crap and very unprofessional i need to get ahold of management or something and i can’t

  I’ve been in this community 2 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Maintenance always responds in less than 24 hrs. Front desk staff is always so friendly! Ms Norma has always gone above and beyond for me and my family! Mr Lopez also went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need as a resident!! I am signing for another year!

  Since ownership changed last month this place has become awful. Constant issues while trying to sort a new lease, theyve replaced the office phone with a terrible AI assistant. No help with anything, impossible to contact the office without physically going down to complain, and still nothing is solved.
