  Josh at the front office is very kind, professional, and welcoming. When I came in for a tour, he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and willingness to help!

  I absolutely love living at Coda, It genuinely feels like a family here, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful, and the people who live here are just as great. There’s such a welcoming community and it really makes Coda feel like home. I honestly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else and I’m so happy I chose Coda

  Great apartment community! The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance and concerns are handled promptly, and the community has a peaceful, comfortable feel. Overall, a beautiful property with a great team. I would definitely recommend it!

  I recently moved into Coda and it has been the best decision for me! Joshua is always so pleasant and helpful and the events here are soooooo nice!

  Since this is the only way I’ve seen Coda get back to people, I’m more than disappointed in the way they’ve brushed me off these last couple of months. I was a resident for almost 3 years and I’ve simply tried to call in order to get my refund check sent to me. It’s been 4 months since I moved out and I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed/called numerous times and the two times I was finally been able to get ahold of them they told me they would call me back about the matter because they were busy and I’ve haven’t got anything. I even offered to come pick the check up myself which I’m not required to do. I’m extremely disappointed and I hope if you were on the other end of this you’d want to just be kind and do what’s right. Edit: Joshua just said he would help and he was really nice so hopefully this can get resolved soon.
