  The application process was longer than expected, likely due to the number of applications being processed and the renovations that was taking place at the time. However, I really appreciated the team at the City View front office for their hard work and dedication throughout the process. A special thank you to Fraingelie, who personally handled my application. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always kept me informed about the status of my application. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, she was patient, professional, and consistent in providing support. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a long process much less stressful. I am now a resident at City View, and I can honestly say the process was worth it. Thank you to Fraingelie and the rest of the City View team for all of your effort and assistance throughout my application journey.

  This is my second year at City View . What a year !! It has been a challenge but also a year of achievement . I am glad I moved here. The main reason to moved here was my sons education which it has been an amazing achievement for him. I can wait to see all the changes City View will have and all the new things that are coming . I have to thanks the staff for all your patience and hard work . Thank you Cassy and Thanks Jessica . But there are two people who I really like to give special thanks Frangeli and Hector . Thanks Frangeli for been so sweet. And Hector thanks for all your work and your patience .

  I have lived at CityView for 15 years....long time, huh?! But there is a reason – it is absolutely conveniently located. Just a couple blocks from both the 408 and I-4, so getting somewhere fast is a plus. I also have lived in several different apartments all over the country over the past 40 years, and this apartment is absolutely the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. And though I have seen quite a bit of staff turnover in 15 years, generally the hires have been pleasant, and helpful. And some have been exceptional! I like CityView Orlando, and intend to stay here even longer.
