  I moved here in May 2023 when the property was known as pomelo park. About a year later they changed management and became century vista palms and ever since then living here has gone down hill. For starters every interaction I’ve had with the leasing office has never been welcoming. Every time I’ve talked to Armando he acts as if I’m bothering him and has horrible customer service. He doesn’t know how to be hospitable and would be better off working at the dmv. A year ago I recommended the property to a friend and their leasing consultant was Armando and they had the same experience. That’s when I realized he genuinely just has no people skills and is like that with everyone. There’s other Google reviews that mention him by name and he still works here somehow. Angie is another leasing officer and her customer service skills aren’t great either but at least she’s nicer than him. The icing on the cake for me was last month I was waiting in the office to get helped and I heard Armando telling a new tenant to sign something and also forge her partner’s signature as well because they weren’t there. If you go to the gym on Saturdays there’s kids playing on gym equipment and running around from the pool area. The gym also has several machines that have been broken for MONTHS. They are well aware of it and have told me people were coming to repair it. That should take a couple weeks max. But they have been broken since the beginning of the year. Last month my friend’s car got towed after she parked at 6am. Management never sent out towing notices after not enforcing visitor parking hours for years. They expect you to pickup a visitor parking pass or your car gets towed by a borderline illegal towing company full of scammers for $140. The office isn’t open 24/7 and there’s no assigned visitor spots so you basically can’t have visitors between 11pm-8am unless you plan way ahead of time. I went to the office to get some clarity on the situation and try to get reimbursed and Armando basically told me it’s my fault with a rude and condescending attitude. He gave my info to the property manager Karyn and she never called me back. Instead she sent me an email saying she called and left a voicemail. But she called the wrong number coincidentally and didn’t bother to look in my file for the right one. Instead she just handed my complaint off to corporate who also did nothing. The pool area has also been closed several times over the summer. They even threatened to close the pool for the rest of the summer if they kept finding glass bottles of alcohol in the trashcan. The elevator always breaks down and there was even a period where it took over 2 months to get it fixed. Don’t move here unless you want constant headaches

  I'm giving this property 5 stars for one reason, and one reason only: Jonathan Gonzalez, the maintenance technician. The quality of this property has definitely gone downhill over the years, and it's not the same community it once was. However, I can't say enough good things about Jonathan. I can usually get in touch with him more easily than the leasing office, and he's always on top of every maintenance request. Jonathan always calls back promptly, takes the time to listen, and resolves issues quickly and professionally. He does it all with a great attitude and a smile. What's even more impressive is that he's the only maintenance technician for the entire apartment complex, yet he continues to provide outstanding service to every resident. If it weren't for Jonathan, this review would look very different. He deserves to be recognized for the incredible work he does every day and he absolutely deserves a raise. He's a tremendous asset to this community.

  I just moved to this complex two months ago and we've had a great experience living here so far. We’ve needed assistance a few times since moving in, and every single time the staff has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Angie and Armando in the office for always being patient, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. I’d also like to recognize Jonathan from the maintenance team. He has truly gone above and beyond to help us whenever we’ve needed assistance. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Having a team that’s so friendly and dependable makes a huge difference. We really appreciate all of their hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you for making us feel welcome and taken care of!

  Living here has been a nightmare. 1) not once in a year of being here has anyone at the office picked up the phone while i have called during office hours. 2) management does nothing to address people letting their dogs piss in the small patch of grass where the AC units are right by the stairs and it REEKS. if you like starting your day with a fresh whiff of ammonia this is the place for you. 3) it’s outside hallways and you would think someone was murdered every three steps with the amount of stains on the concrete. 4) trash valet is once every whenever. maybe they get it, maybe they don’t. “let’s just send out an email about switching companies while we let trash bags rot in the florida heat in the hallways and by the dumpsters and still charge for valet trash services. :) “ - management, probably. 5) the gym is horrible. maybe 3 machines worth anything and they’re all broken in some way. 6) pool is shut down every other week. 7) sent proof of renters insurance 3 times!! over the course of our lease and they only stopped charging us for it 3 months before the lease ended. $150 in renters insurance they charged us for even though we provided proof, multiple times, that we already have it for the duration of the entire lease through geico. wouldn’t the immediate answer be to refund it? or at least credit it? surprise surprise, not in these guys eyes. 8) $100 in NFS charges wrongfully charged to us because of said renters insurance. i asked about receiving that back and they said i have to take it up with BILT. why am i doing your job? you messed up on my payments why then would i be the one responsible for fixing that? it’s not like you’re too busy answering phone calls. 9) mold in our apartment that they ignored for hmmm 5 months? and then they came and ripped the drywall out 2 months ago and it is still just a giant hole in the wall. amazing! i love waking up and looking at my saran wrapped walls in my “luxury” apartment. so cute! 10) every time i try to get anywhere with any of these brainiac staff members it’s like i stepped into a time warp. no recollection about anything ever. “hey guys this is the 5th time you’ve charged us for renters insurance that we already have.” “did you submit proof through the website?” OBVIOUSLY. it’s like i haven’t come in here for the past year telling you the exact same thing every single time. 11) these people are so lazy they can’t even contact BILT and allow us to pay for rent digitally we have to go get a check and turn it into the office. you screwed us over so many times you can’t send an email? i guess it is harder than answering a phone. 12) our oven would shut off if you tried to use it and burnt the wall because the back panel was full of roaches! so nice 😍 now i’m just nitpicking because im counting down the days til the lease is up. good luck using your toaster without all three of your smoke alarms going off. seriously the dumbest most sensitive smoke alarms. i’m actually surprised they haven’t gone off with the amount of smoke coming out of my ears. they didn’t pressure wash our balcony door before we moved in and it looks like someone used it as a surf board during mudfest. here is the SINGULAR pro of this complex. the two maintenance technicians are extremely nice. i know the majority if not all the responsibility falls on someone above them and they are just doing their job how they are told. maybe give them a free lunch while the rest of the team retakes an apartment management class.

  He estado viviendo en este complejo desde su primera administración anteriormente llamada “Pomelo Park” y sin duda era buena. Hicieron el cambio y todo fue de mal a peor, el complejo empezó a decaer en la atención al residente, la rapidez y eficacia con la que solucionaban los problemas en los apartamentos, el mantenimiento y limpieza de áreas comunes decayó bastante y cabe destacar que esto es tarea de todos pero manteniendo la limpieza se conservan las áreas. En general la residencia carece de una buena limpieza, mantenimiento, gerencia y estas son varias razones el olor a marihuana es súper fuerte cuando algún residente consume esto, los muebles de la piscina ya están rotos y desgastados, el club house que antes era de libre uso tiene que ser rentado, las parrilleras en la piscina están descuidadas y solo sirve una de ellas, y en cada uno de los 6 edificios se ven las mismas fallas; pasillos, escaleras, pasamanos y ascensores descuidados, sucios y manchados. Sin hablar que hemos tenido inconvenientes con ciertos vecinos y no nos han dado soluciones concretas
