The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. I especially want to recognize Angela Elozua. She is truly one of a kind. Angela went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process, always treating me with kindness, honesty, patience, and respect. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to do everything possible to make sure residents are taken care of. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable, and I can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a place to call home with an amazing atmosphere and exceptional management, I highly recommend Century Vista Palms. Having someone like Angela on their team speaks volumes about the quality of this community. Thank you, Angela, for your outstanding service and for making me feel truly valued as a resident!
- CRChristian RasmussenJun 18, 20261.0I reported water leaking from my indoor AC unit in mid April of this year and instead of clearing the drain line of any blockage the water that was in the drain pan was vacuumed out which only delayed the issue. I then reported mold around in early to mid May (which was inevitable since the problem was never properly fixed) and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it despite the issue being seen by 2 maintenance technicians. The problem wasn’t addressed until i threatened to withhold rent and even then they didn’t start any removal or repairs until June I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here
