  Well it's only been a week and have to say I'm not impressed. Great sales job. Lot of talk and demands. Not much delivery on their part. Way overrated. I'd think twice about it again. Edit #1. Now it's been just over a month review just got worse. Attached pictures say it all I think. Water coming from the roof. This is going to be fun!! That's two strikes in the first 30 days. First the AC was out for a week. Now the roof is leaking in.

  Jennifer is awesome she gave us an in depth tour of the apartment and guided me through the move in process. She always answers any questions promptly and with enthusiasm. The community and apartment itself are very nice and updated.

  The apartment is beautiful and really met expectations. The area is quiet and well kept up with and Annette the leasing agent was super nice, professional and throughout the whole process she made everything really smooth and easy.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Jennifer! From the very beginning, she made my moving process feel so exciting, easy, and completely stress-free. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to answer every question I had with a smile. The entire complex is beautifully maintained, very clean, safe, and so peaceful. It truly feels like a place I’m happy to call home. Thanks to Jennifer’s help and amazing customer service, my move was smooth from start to finish. I genuinely have no complaints at all and I am beyond happy with my move. Thank you, Jennifer, for making this such a special and positive experience! 💕

  I’ve loved living at Art Avenue! The amenities are modern, the closets are spacious, and the property is surrounded by nature. I especially enjoy the lake in the center of the community, the scenic walking trail behind the apartments, and hearing the birds each morning from the nearby conservation area owned by Duke Energy. My only minor complaint is that there isn’t a pedestrian gate on the right side of the property, so residents have to walk around to the other side to exit on foot. The grill and fireplace have also been out of service. Overall, this has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in around Orlando. Maintenance is responsive, package deliveries are secure, and the community is peaceful and well-maintained for the most part.
