  This is one of the worst student housings to live in! The girls up front, I over heard them talking bad about another resident that lives here, I don’t think that’s a good way to try and sell an apartment… Will be going to live somewhere else…

  I'm extremely disappointed by this property's management. They're completely unresponsive to resident concerns and clearly don't care about actually helping tenants. When a $3,000 laptop was stolen from my garage after the gate was left wide open, I reported it to the leasing office multiple times and they still haven’t responded. Then when my windshield was replaced, they forgot to return my parking decal. Management wants to charge me $100 for a replacement even though it was totally Safelite's mistake. To top it off, they charge $8 per night for a second vehicle spot in a garage that's half empty and won't let me pay monthly. I've gotten zero help from management on any of these issues. It's obvious they don't care about supporting residents or taking responsibility for anything. Really frustrated with how unresponsive and dismissive they are toward tenant concerns.

  Avoid this place at ALL COSTS! I lived there for a year and never again. From constant electricity issues to them taking as much money as possible from you. Our fridge went out over night for SEVERAL MONTHS and when we complained to management about HUNDREDS of dollars worth of groceries being ruined, they said to email them a receipt of the groceries ruined and they would compensate us, they IGNORED my email completely. Any positive review you see, is from people who toured the place and are being bribed to give this pathetic place a good review. They admitted to me that they charged EVERYONE, including me, a $225 fee of “not returning full set of keys” and people couldn’t get their money back without photo evidence… taking a photo was never instructed to us prior… just another example of how they prey on gullible students to take as much money as they can. They are desperate for people to sign a lease with them because no one wants to live there anymore. I don’t know how you can manage to fail this miserably in just ONE YEAR of being open. This place is absolutely terrible. Do not listen to the reviews of people who never lived here, they are far from the truth. The only good thing about this place is their shuttle driver, Mike.
