Placing the spotlight solely on our Maintenance supervisor Mr. J! He is a phenomenal addition to this property in all aspects of our neighborhood. With his busy schedule he has made sure to address my units concerns without delay. Thankful to have Mr. J here for all of our needs. He is a great leader who ensures timely deliverance and delegation of what may seem like small or excusable necessities to others. But are substantial matters to us as residents. Greatly appreciative of his due diligence and support! Thank you Mr. J!!!

Scheduled a tour of an apartment a few days in advance. When we showed up the office door was locked and nobody was in there. The lights were on and it seemed like somebody was in there earlier and left just for a few minutes so we waited. We tried calling a few times on both phone numbers that were provided to us during the scheduling process, no answer. After waiting for 30 minutes we gave up and went back to the car only to see one of the staff walk past and talk to somebody. After that they walked back in the office, almost like they were purposely avoiding us 😂 Area looks nice but don't even waste your time on scheduling with them, their customer service is terrible.

I was looking for a one by one to live by August and Patricia was helping me out. She did a terrible job with following up. Haven’t heard from her for three weeks and then I had to reach out again after calling almost every day to hear that she was out and now the one by one that I had wanted had been taken, would definitely not recommend renting from this place
