  Scheduled a tour of an apartment a few days in advance. When we showed up the office door was locked and nobody was in there. The lights were on and it seemed like somebody was in there earlier and left just for a few minutes so we waited. We tried calling a few times on both phone numbers that were provided to us during the scheduling process, no answer. After waiting for 30 minutes we gave up and went back to the car only to see one of the staff walk past and talk to somebody. After that they walked back in the office, almost like they were purposely avoiding us 😂 Area looks nice but don't even waste your time on scheduling with them, their customer service is terrible.

  I was looking for a one by one to live by August and Patricia was helping me out. She did a terrible job with following up. Haven’t heard from her for three weeks and then I had to reach out again after calling almost every day to hear that she was out and now the one by one that I had wanted had been taken, would definitely not recommend renting from this place

  I just moved in to a 4/2 which was very last minute. Patrica was able to help me in every step of the way taking most of the stress off of me. So happy with the results. I recommend the complex and Patricia 100%.
