    The condominium in itself is fine. Pretty quiet, safe and relatively clean. The problems: 1- You pay for garbage collection, however, if it is a little heavier, he won't take, a pizza box, he won't take it, anything else that is not a garbage bag, he won't take it. So, I end up taking my garbage everyday to avoid aggravation. 2- The gym is only open from 9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri. So, if you are a working person, you are out of luck. 3- The swimming pool is usually more closed than open for repairs. 4- Children in their scooters, bicycles, tricycles, playing ball are a real danger as you drive in the condominium. 5- Gardners cut the grass, no edging, don't pick up branches and then they blow everything onto your patio, cars, etc. The rent is fair, the office does a good job sending notifications, the common areas are nice, lake, barbecue and the area surrounding has everything available to the tenants. All in all, I recommend it. The issues are common to condominiums and dealing with so many people must not be easy.

    Well Swimming pool was closed all of Spring and most of June. Won't fix the problem of a dead tree near my apartment that keeps dropping branches during heavy and windy storms. The last one branches fell on my car so can't park in that space anymore. Prices of the apartments maintenance stuff went up without telling us. Went from paying around 1450 to 1504.20 in the past year. Trash reimbursement $35 now, damage waiver program $15, rent service fee $6.50, common water/sewer 3.80, common area electric $2.95, rent Plus $14.95. Rent is $1426 so I'm paying an extra $78.20. I don't even use the trash reimbursement. I take my own trash. Will most likely be the last year I stay at this apartment complex. It's a nice apartment complex, but you keep raising all those extra stuff on top of our rent. Not cool.

    Sharonda and Christie we're both so helpful and trustworthy. They are both so nice and amazing to work with. I am so happy with our townhouse. Thank you both for all of your help!

    Unfortunately I wasn't able to get into the apartment I selected upon move in date due to renovation purposes. I was worried I may not have a place to stay. The staff did WHATEVER it took to accommodate me the night of my move in date. I got put in an ever nicer apartment than the one I selected for a discounted rate for the first month. The staff truly puts their customers first and doesn't the absolute best they can. Everything is very clean and proper throughout the whole complex. Would highly recommend.
