  From landlord to Realtor, these guys were great. My experience with Angela at Cool Realty started about a year or so ago when I was looking to rent a condo in Orange Park, Florida. From the beginning, she helped me through everything and made sure I had all that i needed. While renting from these guys, they answered any questions and if there was any concerns, they made sure to take care of them. When it came time from my lease to renew, they unfortunately had to tell me that the owner of the property was selling the house, but at which time I was ready to buy a house and Angela jumped into high gear like she does. After going through one deal that did not go through she helped me navigate purchasing a brand new built home that I didn’t know I would need a realtor for. Angela helped navigate me through the process from beginning to end and even when she was not able to be there her husband David stepped in. I would recommend these If you need a place to rent or if you are trying to buy a place. Their rental process is very easy and the property I rented was very well maintained.
