  The moving in process was very easy, the office is nice and helpful. The maintenance crew was amazing!! They were always professional, friendly and on time, fixed everything correctly. The one bedroom apartment we moved into the carpet was still dirty and the balcony had a few rotted boards. The apartments for the most part were quite considering we seen cop cars at least once a week. The hashian community that walked around the apartments were weird and would give rude stares as we walked by. They took over the pavilion at the front of the apartments and also the soccer area every weekend, the majority did not live there. Also when we were in the gym area that locks when you enter they would bang on the door and try to get in and try to get let in. These people did not live there. There we multiple times car were broken into and ours they tried but luckily we keep ours locked. The apartments said we need to call the non emergency number. Throughout the complex there was at least 5 parking lot lights out since we’ve been there and that was a year! I wanted to leave this because when we looked at reviews it just showed good ones. We would have moved down Park ave if we knew how it would have been for the same price.

  I lived there 14 years. It was a safe and clean environment. The apartments are large and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoyed my time there.
