  have lived in these apartments for three years, and honestly, I have reached my limit. This is supposed to be a place where residents can feel safe and, most importantly, get some peace and rest, but unfortunately, that is not the reality here. I have neighbors who regularly have extremely loud sex late at night, sometimes until 1 or 2 a.m., and then start making loud noises again as early as 6 a.m. This has seriously affected my sleep and my quality of life. I have already sent three emails regarding these issues, and we have also called the security officer who is supposedly responsible for handling these situations, but when you actually need assistance, nobody answers or follows up. This is not the first time I have complained, and it is exhausting having to repeatedly ask for something as basic as being able to sleep in your own home. The lack of security and cleanliness is another major problem. The doors are constantly left open, and I honestly do not understand what kind of security this community is supposed to have. There is frequently a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, the hallways are dirty and unpleasant, and the overall condition of the buildings has become extremely disappointing. What makes it even more frustrating is the inconsistency in how the rules are enforced. For example, you can be at the pool at 9:59 p.m. simply talking with someone and be asked to leave as if you were committing some kind of crime because the pool is supposedly closed. Yet when residents actually need security because they cannot sleep or are dealing with ongoing disturbances, the officers are nowhere to be found and calls go unanswered. It feels like the rules are enforced for appearances rather than for the actual well-being and safety of the residents. If management and security are truly concerned about the community, they should also be concerned about residents who work early, wake up early, and simply want to come home, go to bed, and get a few hours of uninterrupted sleep. People should not have to live in a constant state of frustration and exhaustion because other residents are allowed to disturb everyone around them without consequences. After three years here, I can honestly say that I am hoping this will be my last year living here. I have tolerated enough, and I regret having stayed as long as I have. The buildings and the overall living environment have deteriorated to the point where I would not recommend this community to anyone. If anyone asks me whether they should move here, my honest answer will be: don’t. Think twice before signing a lease. There are plenty of places where residents deserve better than this. A home should be a place where you can close your door, feel safe, and rest. Unfortunately, that is not what this community provides.

  I was in the process of aquiring a new apartment. The staff here could not have been more rude. This is not a gated community by defintion, it just has gates..... and they dont even work. Eveyone do youself a favor. dont waste your time leasing here you will be very disapointed. People who do not lease her can enter and abuse the amentitys so you wont be able to use them. Gated comminity.... The gate is for car traffic anyone can enter. Just sad. i hope all the people in surrounding area come and use the amentitys for free!

  That is worstest complex ever I really taught could called that place home gate always broken office staff suck at there job u send them a email they don’t email back u or called back there dog poo over the complex don’t get me started bout complex smelling like Marijuana then tell u have us a 30 days notice to move out what kinda complex is this more like ghetto complex .

  I've had a lease here for almost 2 years now and i couldn't be more eager for my lease contract to be completed and finish honoring my agreement. Management here likes to throw out the term growing pains a lot with all the issues they have. The management of this property are beyond incompetent. What they get payed to do besides try to finagle new residents i don't really know. The "Gated Community" has gates that work maybe 30% of the time since i have lived here and I promise you that is not an exaggeration. They have cameras as well to help secure the property right? They don't work either lol. Quiet hours are 10pm for the pool. The only people enforcing it are the residents who have to get out of bed and call a "peace officer" who occasionally handles it when he has time. There was once an instance where i went down when some people who don't live here jumped the fence to the pool and were having a party at midnight in the pool. I asked them to leave and was threatened to be jumped and drama ensued. Obviously the gates don't work and the cameras so the trespassers get away. Now for my safety i need to come down with pepper spray to ask people to leave the pool in the middle of the night because I'm trying to sleep. The water fountain at the gym does not work lol. Yes that that last one is minor but there are so many more issues my friends that i can go on forever. I promise you to whatever higher power you believe in nothing i have stated is untrue. It is managed by grossly incompetent individuals that should quite frankly be fired. that is not an opinion it is a fact. Objectively they don't do their job well. Stay away from this place. The only pro of this property is the maintenance team when you have an issue inside your apartment they handle it with class and quickly. Honestly those guys are great competent people. It is a shame the property managers are the people in charge. This place has a clear Top-Down glitch in there system of running the operation. Find somewhere else to live. Don't come here. god speed. PSA the positive reviews here have to be damage control and fake, the majority of them. there is no way these are all real lol. go ahead southerly respond to me with some bs email address and act like you care. keep pretending and not taking action. 🤡

  Noel was a huge help from the start. He introduced me to the apartment complex, showed me around, and explained everything clearly. He was easy to communicate with and made sure I had all the details I needed about the apartment. I ended up getting the place thanks to his help. He also followed up with me daily and was always available if I had questions. I really appreciate how helpful and consistent he was through the whole process.
