Four stars, and here is exactly why it is not five. Katrina and Bianka have been excellent. Bianka walked us through both units we considered and gave real insight into living here. When details got missed, Katrina picked it up immediately and took initiative. The building is beautiful, clean and modern with an antique aesthetic. Mail service, waste pickup at your door, an elevator that makes grocery runs and moving easier, and maintenance staff you actually see working. Now what you should know before signing. Internet is mandatory. Every unit pays $120 a month for Spectrum internet and cable, capped at 300 Mbps, and you cannot remove it or decline the cable most residents never watch. Spectrum sells 1 gigabit retail for about $70. Same company, same city. You pay far more for a third of the speed and you are not allowed to shop. We were also quoted $40 for a separate individual plan, in writing, with a price guarantee. After transferring to another unit in this same community it became $105. No adjustment, no compensation. That is why this is four stars. Get your internet pricing in writing tied to your actual unit number, and reconfirm it if your unit changes. The network itself sits behind CGNAT on a shared access point. No public address and no port forwarding, so home cameras, media servers and remote access break. More importantly you share a local network with your neighbors instead of being isolated per unit. That allows traffic interception, discovery of every device in your apartment, and exposure of any file share or unpatched smart device you own. Treat it like airport WiFi in your living room and run a VPN. Whoever administers it can also see which sites each unit visits and when you are home, under no privacy agreement you ever signed. Load balancing is poor as well, with dropouts of a few hundred milliseconds that ruin games and video calls. The fix is straightforward. Drop the bundle and let residents buy their own service, ideally wiring units for both Spectrum and AT&T so they compete. I was offered 5G cellular as a substitute, which is not comparable to any wired ISP. I was also told I cannot install a satellite dish. FCC rule 47 CFR 1.4000 says otherwise for a dish under one meter on a balcony I have exclusive use of. On the grounds: I am a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a Florida lawn and pest company. The turf is neglected, with heavy weed pressure and whole sections now dominated by grassy weeds. Those are the expensive kind, because once established there is no selective herbicide that removes them cleanly from warm season turf. It becomes renovation instead of treatment, and the bill grows every month it waits. Genuine offer, not a sales pitch: I will walk the property with whoever manages the landscaping contract at no cost and tell you honestly what is being missed. The staff is good, the building is beautiful, the value is real. Fix the internet transparency, open the building to competition, and get serious about the turf, and this is five stars easily. We are glad we moved here, and I am writing this because I want to stay.

⭐️ 1 Star I honestly cannot recommend this apartment community based on my experience with the management team. The biggest issue has been dealing with Bianca in the leasing office. Her attitude is incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The way she speaks to residents and handles basic communication is completely unacceptable for someone who works at the front office and is supposed to represent the community. What should be a simple and professional interaction often feels unnecessarily difficult because of her attitude. Residents should not have to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome when going to their own leasing office for assistance. Customer service and professionalism should be the bare minimum in a position like this, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I strongly believe management needs to take a serious look at how residents are being treated and whether the front office is providing the level of service that residents deserve. Living somewhere is a major commitment, and based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before choosing this community. A beautiful property means very little if the people managing it make residents feel like a problem rather than valued members of the community.

I moved in recently and it was the smoothest transition ever! This apartment complex is so pretty and the location is 10/10. The amenities are amazing, great gym, great pool, and I love their mailroom system. Beth helped me the whole way and I couldn’t have asked for someone more professional and sweet. She listened to my priorities on what type of unit I was looking for, and made it happen. There were also tweaks that I had to make into my lease last minute before it was signed, and she still helped me out and made it happen. Shoutout to Anthony as well, who accompanied Beth during my tour, very nice and very kind. All in all, it was a smooth move and I’m super excited to call this place my new home!

Honest review - Move in was a mess. Almost no communication with the rental manager. So, first impressions were less than impressive. Noise level around building 1 is not an issue with the apartment. But the traffic outside the apartment. But as I said an honest review. Bugs, this is Florida. The apartment did recently have some sort of pest control, but it seemed to make the bug issue worse. We've seen two roaches thus far (exterminated on the spot), and recently a large influx of ants within the residence (the battle continues). With our neighboring residents having the same issue with ants. Parking and access. I'd expect a walkway from the side entrances to the building. But they do not exist. If you're entering from the side doors with groceries, a stroller, trash, etc. You're squeezing between vehicles to do so or walking around the building to a walkway. Amenities are good. The gym looks clean and abundant, the pool is nice, the library, the lounge. A lot of attention was put into "looking" nice in the office and amenities areas. A large negative on amenities, is NO amenities for children outside of pool. Location is great, I feel close to pretty much everything. Food across the street is amazing at Joes pizza, and my Sushi. Staff, I've had one representative that was great when one of our mailbox keys didn't work. She was fun, engaging, and resolved our issue right away creating a new key for us. Maintenance tickets are submitted through the resident portal. Which is fine. All tickets we have submitted have been resolved the next business day. Aside from a constant beeping from within a utility door at the building entrance which has gone unresolved for several weeks which I'm sure is a nuisance to other residents as well. Lastly, we have value. It's a roof over the head of my children. They have vendors that come for food, vehicle detail services, etc. The detail service will work in a parking area that blocks residents that parked there. Also, an inconvenience. Essentially paying for "sometimes" you can park there. Required added expenses for concierge service (trash) I can see wisdom in for those further from the dumpster (which is also a mess). Second, internet/TV fee which is over $100 per resident. This is a bulk service account, they may pay $50 a month per unit. SO they are making money on this add on service as well. Individual services would cost residents less.

I have lived here over a year now - and am renewing soon! I genuinely love living here. Have lived alone for years and The Alibi has been the nicest and most comfortable place I have lived by a landslide. Just like with any apartment complex, location of your appt matters, so if you overlook a busy road or have unfortunately loud neighbors just based off luck...I could see how you could have a bad experience. I lucked out with my appt location and neighbors. The property is big, so sometimes trash and things can be left out or things get left behind in elevators (not the property's fault by any means-people be nasty). The maintenance staff is out and about what seems like every day cleaning, sanitizing, vacumming, etc. Every time I need something (which is not often) the leasing staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are great. The property is spread out so does not feel too cramped. Also, everyone for the most part that I have met is incredibly nice and kind, just normal people. Yes, the property is on the pricey side but for me, worth it! Obviously I would recommend! :) If I could describe living here in one word, I really would say it's peaceful.
