  Ignore any and all reviews from people reviewing their tours if you are seriously planning on moving here. The staff here are nice enough but in my opinion, I do not think it’s worth the price and the living conditions here. You will be paying more for your AC considering how old and inefficient the HVAC systems are in these units. The units are dated, and dirty upon move in. No matter how hard I tried to get the floors cleaned, they were filthy no matter what I tried. Don’t know what that is about. No emails or calls will be answered, if you want to contact anyone, you will have to show up in person to the office. This area may also seem like a quiet, tucked away location, but if you live remotely close to the road, there is plenty of drivers ripping past your apartment all day, and it is extremely loud due to the paper thin walls and terrible sealing of the windows and doors. My front door literally had a large open crack, and never closed properly. Lastly, while living here for a little over a year, I probably experienced over a dozen water shut offs with little to zero notice and an equal amount of internet outages. So if you work from home and like being able to shower I would choose somewhere else to live.

  Kris was absolutely amazing giving my sister a tour the other day! He was such a vibe. We felt so confident moving forward with our decision. I highly recommend asking for Kris! Also he always answers the phone!

  Kris was a great tour guide and very helpful throughout the leasing and tour process, he was very knowledgeable and provided great service. I do think it was an important factor on my decision to move as other complexes were not as hospitable in the area, so to me it made a difference, saddle worth has a lot of great options and provided me with what I needed to consider Ocala.

  My family and I moved from California to Ocala last year and this apartment complex was a great place to stay for our first year. Paula, the office manager, was always very kind and helpful anytime I needed to talk with her about something. We also had an unusual request/favor to ask of her at the end of our lease and she was super accommodating. Thank you, Paula :)
