  Read the non-5-star reviews because they offer incentives to people to give them 5 stars. One of the worst neighborhoods in Ocala florida. Low income housing on the west side of town have better staff and more helpful maintenance and that says a lot. They turn off our water with little to no warning. Last night they gave us a 5 minute warning at 6:55pm before cutting it off and its been off since. They do not compensate us in any way for this and it happens often. They don't do the maintenance they say they'll do. My neighbor has had a broken door lock for going on 8months now. Then they have the nerve to charge fees for every little thing. Including leaving your trash out past 9am when their trash crew doesnt even pick it up until 10/11pm most nights. They say they offer pest control but its rare in my building. The breezeways are overrun with spiders and wasps and they only powerwash once a year. Save yourself a headache and some money and avoid at all cost. Its in no way worth the cost. Which goes up every year.

  We are very disappointed with this apartment complex. From the day we moved in, we had to submit numerous maintenance requests for issues that should have been addressed before residents moved in. The kitchen cabinets are in terrible condition, and management told us they could not replace them. The bathtubs are rusty, and many parts of the apartment seem to be falling apart. However, the biggest problem has been the cockroach infestation. Despite repeatedly requesting pest control services, the roaches keep coming back. It has been an ongoing issue that has not been properly resolved. Another concern is that some neighbors smoke, and the smell penetrates through the walls and into our apartment. If you have a family, I would not recommend living here. The condition of the apartments and the ongoing issues simply do not make it worth the cost.

  Love this place! It’s literally like living in a luxury resort 👑 the grounds of this community immediately offer a peaceful and inviting view. It’s clean, beautifully manicured and well maintained. The units are all equipped with modern kitchen appliances and beautiful granite counters. What I absolutely loved, which is extremely rare to come by is you can paint your unit!!! This allows you to really create your unique vibe and style. Highly recommend! Ask for Mr. Kris Steers, I went in as a walk in and he took care of me right away, helped me with the application process, answered all of my questions and was professional and just an absolute pleasure.
