  We are planning to move from CA. to FL my wife and had flown out three times to look at houses and areas. I found Ryan homes in line and liked there models very much. We looked at four Ryan home sites and settled on Copperleaf. We made an appointment with Joe Lopez and on our next visit to Florida we visited the area and feel in love with Ocala and the Ryan homes development at copperleaf. Joe and I communicated over a month as I had some concerns with timelines as we were about 6 months out before we would move. Needless to say Joe worked with us every step and we were able make it work. We purchased two homes from Joe a sandalwood and adaline for my daughter. We picked the perfect two lots for our new homes and were off and running. We were very nervous about building two homes from 3000 miles away but then we met Dwight McCain our project manner and any concerns I had about not being able to see the building on a regular basis was washed away. Dwight was and is fantastic. He updated me daily and sent lots of pictures of both house as progress continued. We will be moving in a couple weeks to our new homes. I can’t thank Joe and Dwight enough they were with us at every step of the process and made it seem less. Dwight thanks for coming to the house on your day off for the walk through you went above and beyond. Joe thanks for all your support and getting this to finish. Joe, I am still working my other daughter to move out here as well. You still may get that 3rd house out of yet. Looking forward to calling copperleaf our home shortly. Thanks again to the team.

  Joseph Lopez and Dwight McCain are amazing to work with. Both are knowledgeable and responsive. The made building of new home from the other side of the country as painless as possible 🥰

  Buying a home is always a stressful experience. Working with Joe Lopez was very easy. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met when selecting the home and options. Even after we moved in, Mr. Lopez continues to be always available when we have a question or concern. Once construction started we were given constant updates by Mr. Dwight McCain (project manager) on the progress or delays and explanation of the problems encountered. At the time the home was being constructed we were living out of state, both Joe and Dwight made us feel comfortable on the quality of workmanship being utilized. Both of these gentlemen are professionals and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. We have also worked with Jeremy Johnson (project manager) who has also been very helpful. I feel very comfortable giving them a five star recommendation.

  Our introduction to Copperleaf Ryan Homes started with Joe Lopez the senior salesman. He is an articulate professional and was able to pin point our housing needs and provided the right insight for selecting our Panama home. A natural people person, Joe is easy to work with and is genuine with his responses. If he could not immediately answer several of our questions, he would soon have an answer that you felt was carefully researched and respectful of our concerns. My wife and I feel that we got a good house at a reasonable price. The project manager Dwight McCain was very attentive during the entire building process. The documentation of the land clearing, foundation work, interior and exterior landscaping was provided via photo circle pictures directly to our phone. This was most helpful as it eased the natural anxiety one gets when you are having a home built and you can't easily visit the construction sight because of distance. In our case, still living in Charlotte,NC was at least a 7 hour trip by car. Dwight is a good photographer whose pictures varied and gave dimension to the action during construction. Our closing project manager was handled by Jeremy Johnson with a broad experience in his field. He also provided the information and responses we felt answered our inquiries and concerns. Ryan homes would be wise to duplicate this team in their other locations.
