  Javier the main maintenance man is the absolute best, he’s very quick and efficient. Always extremely polite to talk to as well. We had a plumbing issue, he fixed it super quick and mopped not only the bathroom but the kitchen as well when he was done. We really appreciate him!

  My husband and I really appreciated and enjoyed Jennifer showing us the property. Her kindness, patience with all our questions, and knowledge of the community really helped us make the best decision for our family. The community is beautiful and although it is under construction, you can see how nice it will be. Elevated finishes and spacious layout make it the best kind of apartment living.

  We had such a wonderful experience touring the Pomona Apartments with Jinky! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us the amenities and available apartments in detail, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. Jinky’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the community really stood out. She made the process enjoyable and stress-free, and we left feeling excited about the possibility of calling Pomona Apartments home. Thank you, Jinky, for such an amazing experience—we truly appreciate your time and highly recommend touring with her!

  Thank Javier valentin you help me good job I want to sincerely thank Jinky for everything she did to help me move into Pomona Apartments. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make this move happen. She was professional, patient, kind, and always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Moving to a new state can be stressful, but Jinky made it feel easy. Her communication was excellent, and she truly cared about helping me every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Because of Jinky’s hard work and commitment, I’m now happily settled into my new home. If you’re thinking about moving to Pomona Apartments, I highly recommend asking for Jinky. She is an incredible asset to the community, and I can’t thank her enough for making this such a positive experience.

  I had the pleasure of touring an apartment today with Ms. Jinky Diaz. She was by far the best leasing consultant I encountered during my apartment search after moving from another state. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to match my needs and preferences. She was extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had with clear, detailed explanations. Beyond the tour itself, she provided valuable insight into the renting process and made me feel confident throughout the entire experience. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help me left me with a strong impression of herself which made writing this five-star review a no brainer.
