  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vincent at Pomona Apartments. What stands out most is his kindness. Vincent is constantly greeting residents in the hallways with a huge smile, a warm hello, or a cheerful good afternoon. Those small moments make such a difference. He brings a real sense of warmth and community to Pomona and helps make this feel less like an apartment complex and more like a genuine neighborhood. Pomona is fortunate to have so many wonderful people, but Vincent is truly special. He deserves every level of top-tier recognition available for the way he represents this community and takes care of its residents. I am extremely grateful for the positivity he brings to our days. Vincent is an absolute gem.

  This is an absolutely beautiful brand new community. The location is perfect with easy access to the Interstate, great eating places, and shopping nearby. The ammenities are gorgeous and top notch. Miss Jennifer gave me the grand tour, she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Miss Jennifer is very professional, courteous and personable. She communicates well and cares about her clients. She made the entire process smooth to help me get moved in right away. Thank you Miss Jennifer for your stellar customer service. I appreciate you so much. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Ask for Miss Jennifer. .

  Great location,good price, beautiful and clean place, is like an Hotel resorts!! good customer service, love the saltwater pool 🏊, super nice Gym 💪, brand new equipment, plenty of space, nice parking area , pet friendly facilities, I personally recommend this place to anyone, you can lease or use the Landing app to rent an apartment here thanks , for everything

  I had such a great experience with Jinky from the very beginning! She is genuinely kind, patient, and really cares about helping you find the right home. When I was touring, one of the things that mattered most to me was having an apartment with lots of natural sunlight. Jinky was so patient and took me to see different units one by one until I found one that felt right. I never felt rushed or like I was just being taken through a standard leasing process. What I also really love is the feeling I get from the whole team here. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being part of the community, and they interact with each other more like friends than coworkers just coming in to do a job. It makes the whole place feel warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Jinky for making the entire experience so easy and personal. I’m really happy with my decision and so excited to call this place home! ❤️

  Jennifer made my experience at Pomona Apartments absolutely exceptional. From the moment she showed me around the property, she went above and beyond to help me select the perfect apartment. She was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and genuinely invested in making the entire process as easy as possible. Moving and downsizing can be overwhelming, but Jennifer made everything feel completely seamless. I am so grateful to her and the entire leasing team for making me feel welcomed and supported. The property itself is truly luxurious. I was nervous about downsizing from a house to an apartment, but my apartment feels every bit like a real home. The developers genuinely thought of everything, including the high ceilings, abundant natural light, oversized windows, beautiful tilework, enclosed patio, soft-close cabinetry, upgraded appliances, USB outlets, oversized tubs and showers, custom-quality lighting fixtures, and an incredible amount of closet space and storage. Even the garage door operates so smoothly that it feels like another thoughtful luxury detail. The amenities are equally impressive. I cannot imagine finding a better apartment gym, and even small touches like having fresh scented towelette available in the gym make such a difference. The clubhouse is ideal for remote workers, with comfortable workspaces, private offices, and a conference room, so you can take calls or change your environment without having to leave the property. They also have an excellent specialty coffee machine to compliment the amazing workspace! The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the variety of activities throughout the community makes Pomona feel lively and fun. Between pickleball, a putting green, ping pong, volleyball, outdoor games, and all the thoughtfully designed gathering spaces, there is always something to enjoy. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff is consistently warm and helpful, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Every day I discover another thoughtful feature or hidden gem that makes me appreciate my new home even more. I truly cannot rate Pomona Apartments highly enough. The apartment is perfect, the community is beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Jennifer deserves special recognition for making such an important transition feel exciting, effortless, and genuinely personal. Thank you, Jennifer, and thank you to the entire Pomona team for helping me find a place that already feels completely like home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
