We just bought our new Pulte house and could not be happier with the both the building process or the finished product. Micheal and Lindsay were absolute superstars the entire design and construction process. We love our new home!

We are immensely grateful for and satisfied with the support provided by the entire Pulte team, especially the professionals with whom I had direct contact: Frankie, Mike, Colton, and Mr. Gustavo, who kindly helped us with Spanish translations and clearly explained everything regarding the house.

Five stars are not enough to express how much I love my new Pulte home at Marion Ranch in Ocala! If you are looking for a beautiful location to call home that is close enough to everything you need but far enough away to escape all the city noise, this is absolutely the perfect place to be! From start to finish, my experience has been incredible. I absolutely love my Sales Rep, Lindsey Cordle! She went above and beyond to help me find a home that perfectly fit my needs, and she was so supportive and accommodating when my timeline changed. Thank you, Lindsey, for being the absolute BEST and helping me make the right choice! Since I chose a move-in ready spec home, I didn't have much interaction with my original Construction Manager, Robert. I was actually quite anxious on closing day and overwhelmed with all of the information given, but Colton K was so pleasant to work with when I met him that day, and he has been incredibly helpful in following up with every single question I’ve had since moving in. On top of the stellar service, the build quality of the home itself has been truly great! Beyond the house, the community amenities here at Marion Ranch are phenomenal! The amenity center is amazing and features a couple of great gathering spaces—including one with a full kitchen that is perfect for hosting celebrations. We also have gorgeous swimming pools, a fun splash pad, a fully equipped fitness center with a dedicated room for classes, pickleball courts, a playground, and a wonderful paved walking path that winds all the way around the community. Choosing Pulte at Marion Ranch was the best decision ever, and I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new home and neighborhood!
