No pressure just informative and knowledgeable staff that help guide us through the whole process. We can't name everyone, Lynn, Frank and Deb took care of us like we were family. Lynn Pierce was our sales agent. I cannot imagine someone working for Pulte and helping a buyer doing a better job. Her combination of skill, patience and desire to give the best service a customer could want all with a smile never leaving her face. Frank was our contractor. When he was with you or on the phone you would never think he has 15 other homes he is working on. His combination of expertise, kindness, and wanting the home to be perfect exceeds what a buyer wants themselves. Debbie is our warranty person. She has gone far beyond just doing here job. Up until the day and still to today she wanted us to receive the house in the best condition a new homeowner would want. I had the A team. It is just a fact. My A team could go worldwide and teach customer service.

Good communication from Mike our construction manager and Allen our salesman. However, get your own mortgage and don’t use Pulte. The WORST experience I have ever went through.
