- LBLee BeauregardJul 22, 20263.0Installed bathroom tile wrong all 3 bathrooms. Agreed to fix them all. Fixed one, partially fixed one and refused to fix one. Did not put correct grout color in whole house upgraded tile floors. Upgraded plumbing fixtures they put in below standard off brand toilets and sinks, advertised as Kohler or better. 15 seer HVAC, Put in 14.7 seer and eliminated the proper DUCT work to the unit. Missing Duct ceiling to unit. Creates noisy, inefficient and strain on the unit. Had an Lennox HVAC accredited Technician inspect the unit to confirm that the installation is missing the Duct work. Allen did not make us aware of the differences in the elevations which we would have chosen a different one. I understand that slight differences in materials can happen. However when you spend a lot on upgrades you expect it to be close. It's not, beware. We were told at closing not to by our warranty person not to send in service reports till the year end warranty walk through. Well he is no longer with the company and we're now told that's not true and it's too late to correct these things. We submitted the above and the only thing corrected do far is that they reinstalled 3 Kohler toilets. Our Warranty person, Shannon has not done anything to help us with the above. This is way out of Shannons area of knowledge. Shannon's only area of concern is for us to give her the top rating. She has done nothing but the toilets. Good luck everyone. Stay on top

Lots of clubs, free or $3 exercise classes, a full gym, two pools and a third one is being built, restaurants and two bars, lots of entertainment and activities and so much more. In my opinion, it's the best 55 plus community in Ocala!
