  Canter Luxury Apartments has made my very first apartment experience better than I could have imagined! From the moment I came to view the apartments and tour the clubhouse, pool, meeting rooms, and the rest of the community, the entire process felt effortless. Applying was simple, approval was incredibly quick, and Jeanne was amazing throughout the entire experience. She made everything easy to understand and helped turn what could have been a stressful process into an exciting one. This is my first home away from my parents, and getting to begin this new chapter with my girlfriend of three years makes it even more special. We are officially trading “living at home” for “arguing over where the couch should go,” and honestly, we could not be happier! Our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in, and decorating it together has already been such a fun experience. The community is gated, beautifully maintained, and completely smoke-free, which is a huge plus for us. So far, Canter truly feels like home, and I cannot wait to continue building our life here for the foreseeable future. For anyone considering applying, do it! It is definitely worth the price. They also offer discounts for qualifying employees, including first responders and Amazon employees, which makes the community even more appealing. Five stars from two very happy first-time renters—and one apartment that is quickly running out of undecorated wall space!

  I don’t know how to feel about what happened the other day. I did not feel safe while enjoying the amenities I pay for every month. As I was enjoying one of the amenities (majorly the reason why I chose this place), I was approached by a rude office worker asking if I belong here…mind you there were so many OTHERS around me doing the same activity. However, I was the only one approached and put on the spot. That was extremely rude because if you are going to be making sure that only residents are present at the moment, then you need to ask everybody in the vicinity. She saw that some of the others were standing while I was engaged in an activity, mind you again with my friends that also live here (I’ll let you guess what we had in common yourselves) and decided to YELL ACROSS THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IF I BELONG HERE??? I could not hide my fully red face from showing how embarrassing and truly degrading that was. Not sure what her name is, maybe Jeanne or something like that. Anyway, know if you decide to go with this place you will be paying $150 per month for amenities that you will be INTERROGATED for every living moment here. Ridiculous.

  Rebecca’s personality, professionalism was very impressive that capitative my interest in wanting to move into this community. I am equally impress by her ability to displace excellent customer service. As a traveling RN & Military Vet I have met many people. But Rebecca’s spirit and kindness is outstanding.

  This place is awesome! Got a great first impression. Even the maintenance guy is great at this place! Malcolm made me feel like home from the first day🙌
