From the moment I came to view the apartments and tour the clubhouse, pool, meeting rooms, and the rest of the community, the entire process felt effortless. Applying was simple, approval was incredibly quick, and Jeanne was amazing throughout the entire experience. She made everything easy to understand and helped turn what could have been a stressful process into an exciting one. This is my first home away from my parents, and getting to begin this new chapter with my girlfriend of three years makes it even more special. We are officially trading “living at home” for “arguing over where the couch should go,” and honestly, we could not be happier! Our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in, and decorating it together has already been such a fun experience. The community is gated, beautifully maintained, and completely smoke-free, which is a huge plus for us. So far, Canter truly feels like home, and I cannot wait to continue building our life here for the foreseeable future. For anyone considering applying, do it! It is definitely worth the price. They also offer discounts for qualifying employees, including first responders and Amazon employees, which makes the community even more appealing. Five stars from two very happy first-time renters—and one apartment that is quickly running out of undecorated wall space!
