Falta de transparencia y engaño a los residentes.
No recomiendo este condominio debido a su falta de honestidad y mala gestión. Al firmar, entregan los contratos solo en inglés y se aprovechan de la barrera del idioma de los hispanohablantes para ocultar cláusulas abusivas, como aumentar el precio de la renta a mitad de contrato en lugar de al final. El problema no es el aumento, sino el engaño.
El mantenimiento es pésimo; si algo se rompe, responden que "no es una emergencia" y que irán cuando tengan tiempo. Sin embargo, se nota la prioridad en arreglar a la perfección los apartamentos vacíos para atraer nuevos inquilinos, descuidando por completo a los residentes actuales que pagan puntualmente.
Además, la piscina lleva tres años sin funcionar. Al momento de la firma mienten asegurando que la abrirán pronto solo para asegurar el contrato. No molesta la falta de piscina, molesta la mentira constante. Busquen otra opción donde hablen con la verdad y respeten a la comunidad.

Este lugar es horrible. El gerente es la persona más grosera, desagradable y maleducada que he conocido, y el personal de servicio es igual de malo. Suben el alquiler cada seis meses sin motivo alguno, pasando de 1700 a 2000 dólares. Las lavadoras y demás electrodomésticos se estropean y tardan tres meses en repararlos. En resumen, es un alquiler pésimo. Otro detalle es que te dan el contrato en inglés, aunque todos hablan español; es otra forma de engañar a los clientes. También dijeron que la piscina estaba casi lista para usar, pero la verdad es que lleva dos años fuera de servicio y seis meses después sigue dañada.
This place is awful. The manager is the most rude, unpleasant, and ill-mannered person I've ever met, and the service staff are just as bad. They raise the rent every six months on a whim, going from $1700 to $2000 for no reason. The washing machines and other equipment break down, and it takes three months for them to be repaired. In short, it's a terrible rental. Another thing is that they give you the contract in English, even though they all speak Spanish; it's another way to deceive customers. They also said the pool was almost ready to use, but the truth is it's been out of service for two years, and six months later it's still damaged.

1. My apartment ceiling is leaking. How is that even possible when I’m on the third floor?
2. I’ve lived here for 9 months and still have a moldy dishwasher.
3. The sliding door is extremely difficult to open and close. It’s a safety hazard.
4. The floors always smell like urine and are disgusting.
5. The garbage chute is constantly full, making the entire floor smell terrible.
6. I had to do my own pest control because the apartment had ants and roaches.
7. I still don’t have a clothing rod in my closets to hang my clothes.
8. My daughter’s room has no blinds, and there isn’t even a bracket installed to hang them.
9. I had to fix my own toilet because maintenance is ineffective and never seems to resolve issues properly.
10. Residents are paying for amenities, but the pool has never been open during the 9 months I’ve lived here. The building is supposed to require code entry, yet anyone can walk in. The property is also supposed to be gated, but the gates are broken.
11. They decided to increase my rent by $216 while failing to address ongoing maintenance issues.
12. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with.
If you’re considering moving here, take it from a current tenant: RUN. 🚩🏃🏾♀️💨

Entre tantos lugares que intente aplicar finalmente di con una comunidad tranquila, bonita y bastante asequible. Mil gracias Daniela por tu atencion y por guiarnos en este proceso. Super feliz y contento con toda la atención. Mil gracias!
I came to see the apartments last week, I loved them and we decided to apply for a 2/1 apartment, the process was fast, they didn’t ask us for anything crazy! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Valentina who advised me on the first day and a million THANKS to Daniela who helped me with the whole process to have my apartment in record time!!
