  I love this community, very quiet, the office staff is always very friendly and receptive, the community is kept very clean, the maintenance work is done quite quickly. I only have good things to say

  Treviso Grand Apartments, Reading your reply, made us more aware that you scammed us. We already talked to you many times earlier to make things right but you didn’t care. No you replied with caring tone, you won’t scam us no more. You didn’t even fix common areas and you didn’t solve the trespassing issues that even other reviews pointed out years ago. Apparently you have same problems going on and you don’t give any solutions. A-Security issues, Awful experience, for a year there’s a trespassing issues. We don’t know if they’re thieves, killers or what are their intentions showing up for infinite times. They don’t live here, keep entering the complex although it’s a gated community. They show up to fish in the pond. They are 2-6 men and women. They keep fishes to themselves, they stay for long hours and the pond becomes disgusting for the next couple of days, dying fishes, awful smell, flies. the water color becomes yuki Greenish Brownish. Other neighbors and us, made Multiple complaints to the management office & to the police department. that problem never ended neither got resolved. They show up again and again, anytime mornings, afternoon or evenings. Weekdays, weekends, holidays. Anytime and sit as long they want, of course as no body is taking a real action towards them. There’s a sheriff lives on board, he does nothing towards them and yet, these outsiders insist to come back. B- Different types and sizes of Cockroaches infestations from the first day in was noticed, the pest control guy told us he would visit the same apartment every 3 weeks and we have to email the office requesting the visit even though we pay for it monthly as a recurring payment. What he sprays doesn’t work anyway. You are on your own C-Air conditioner wasn’t working for the 1st three days we moved in and we kept calling and emailing them till maintenance showed up. It was summer time and it’s FL how come they didn’t check before they handed us the keys. They didn’t even empty and clean the mailbox. We found full with the previous tenants mail. D-Very obvious Leaking water sounds, maintenance guy acted like he doesn’t hear anything. E-light bulbs were not working in kitchen, bathrooms needed to be replaced when moved in and yet we had to wait for couple of days for maintenance to fix this small job. F-Fridge is making a weird noise and maintenance guy couldn’t do anything about it. G-Walls are thin, you hear upstairs and next door neighbors talking and moving with no effort. H-In common areas like pool, club house. Trash bins stay filled for days, toilets don’t have toilet paper most of the times, they take months to fix a grill or pool/clubhouse gate/door. I- Except your mail/packeges to be lost or stolen. You need to keep an eye once you receive a delivery notification, grab your stuff right away. Multiple incidents happened. We are glad our lease was up and we don’t live there anymore. Of course we didn’t renew and almost everyone we knew didn’t renew their lease because of the same issues. Definitely we don’t recommend living here, do yourself a favor and stay away.

  Ann is just the cutest little thing. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and people oriented. Jonathan is one of the kindest staff members at Treviso Grand as well and I’ve been for 7 years! Happy to call this my home!
