- MSMary Seymour3 days ago5.0Ann was very nice, and took her time showing me around the grounds and the apartment layouts available. She explained all the fees involved with the property in a professional and helpful way.
- BYBeth YandaJun 24, 20261.0I’m torn because part of the staff treated me nicely, but then we have rude and nasty Ann McKay. Anytime I needed help, she was rude and condescending. When I discovered my hall shower was clogged, and I told her I had company coming, she told me it would be several days to get it fixed and “why would it matter since I you another bathroom?” On separate occasions, she showed no signs of professionalism. I, amongst other residents in the community, dealt with cockroach infestations and flea issues. I even had to rent my own carpet cleaner to get fleas out of my apartment that I’m guessing we’re from the previous tenants or From the grass in the community. Fleas are commonly spread by rabbits and there are plenty of those there. More times than I could count, the pool was closed For use. Last, but not least, the walls are very thin. I was on the bottom floor, and every day it sounded like elephants above me. I don’t recall hearing the neighbors next to me, but the ones above me I could even hear their voices.

Ann did a great job giving me a tour and going through everything. The staff including her Jonathan and Julia are all friendly and are accommodating on requests. Thank you for the positive experience so far!
