We lived at Sophia for over 2 years. It went through some growing pains as a new community, but they have assembled a staff that was receptive to feedback; it showed that they cared about the place. It now has a great blend of residents of all ages. The landscaping service is reliable. The community building/pool area is well kept and has residents using the facilities regularly. Our neighbors were wonderful people and we miss them.

I had the pleasure of touring The Sophia Luxury Villas with Sheddrick and Trisha and had planned to move into one of their beautiful two-bedroom villas. Unfortunately, some unexpected work circumstances came up that prevented me from moving forward with my move, but my experience with the property and staff was great from start to finish. The community is clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. Sheddrick and Trisha were both friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. The location is also fantastic—less than five miles from both Venice Beach and historic downtown Venice, which gives you easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer. Although I’m disappointed that the timing didn’t work out for me, I would absolutely recommend The Sophia Luxury Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to call home. If the opportunity brings me back to the area in the future, I would definitely consider living here.

This complex is honestly a great place to live. The staffing goes above and beyond to explain and satisfy. Maintance responds very quickly and is polite and fix what your asking for. As well as give tips .neighbors. you wouldn't even know you have neighbors unless you go outside. You cant hear them when your inside. Thats huge!!! The amenities are beautiful, always clean. I feel safe here. I have great neighbors. Very dog friendly. I definitely recommend taking a look at this place. And if it works for you. Take it!!!! The yards are beautiful and perfect size. Dog parks clean. Dog spa. YES. A DOG SPA. HAHA my dog loved it. She rolled around and then got the spa treatment before jumping on my bed. They send out emails. Which is great for information. Either its work that will be coming up. Or entertainment. Either way they let you know. And I cant say enough how friendly. Come and check it out!!! Perfect location!!

We lived here for exactly one year. There were not many times we needed a maintenance request but when we did, it was literally addressed the next day if not sooner. There was no waiting. There was just action. We had times when we needed to talk to somebody urgently and then they got back to us immediately. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and if you’re looking for a very community driven place to live, this is definitely the place..! Thanks Sophia!
