  This complex is honestly a great place to live. The staffing goes above and beyond to explain and satisfy. Maintance responds very quickly and is polite and fix what your asking for. As well as give tips .neighbors. you wouldn't even know you have neighbors unless you go outside. You cant hear them when your inside. Thats huge!!! The amenities are beautiful,always clean. I feel safe here. I have great neighbors. Very dog friendly. I definitely recommend taking a look at this place. And if it works for you. Take it!!!! The yards are beautiful and perfect size. Dog parks clean. Dog spa. YES. A DOG SPA. HAHA my dog loved it. She rolled around and then got the spa treatment before jumping on my bed. They send out emails. Which is great for information. Either its work that will be coming up. Or entertainment. Either way they let you know. And I cant say enough how friendly. Come and check it out!!! Perfect location!!

  We lived here for exactly one year. There were not many times we needed a maintenance request but when we did, it was literally addressed the next day if not sooner. There was no waiting. There was just action. We had times when we needed to talk to somebody urgently and then they got back to us immediately. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and if you’re looking for a very community driven place to live, this is definitely the place..! Thanks Sophia!

  Working with Trish at Sophia Villas has been an absolute blessing. After dealing with a terrible experience at our previous rental community, we were nervous about making another move. From the very beginning, Trish made the entire transition smooth, stress-free, and easy. She was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. She answered all of our questions promptly, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. What could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience turned into a positive and exciting fresh start thanks to Trish’s dedication and exceptional customer service.   My daughter and I toured The Sophia as a possible option for a fall move from Central Florida. Sheddrick Cooper was a huge help! He did an absolutely amazing job showing us around the community. He answered all of our questions and provided additional information we would not have even thought to ask! The Sophia is lucky to have him!! Linda and Angela Giunta

  Thumbs up to maintenance! Saturday night my refrigerator decided not to work anymore. I left a message with the emergency maintenance and they contacted me immediately and within two hours. I had a new refrigerator and I believe his name was Alfonso who drove all the way from Lehigh acres on Sunday.
