  Working with Trish at Sophia Villas has been an absolute blessing. After dealing with a terrible experience at our previous rental community, we were nervous about making another move. From the very beginning, Trish made the entire transition smooth, stress-free, and easy. She was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. She answered all of our questions promptly, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. What could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience turned into a positive and exciting fresh start thanks to Trish’s dedication and exceptional customer service. We are so grateful for all of her help and highly recommend both Trish and Sophia Villas to anyone looking for a place to call home.   My daughter and I toured The Sophia as a possible option for a fall move from Central Florida. Sheddrick Cooper was a huge help! He did an absolutely amazing job showing us around the community.   Thumbs up to maintenance! Saturday night my refrigerator decided not to work anymore. I left a message with the emergency maintenance and they contacted me immediately and within two hours. I had a new refrigerator and I believe his name was Alfonso who drove all the way from Lehigh acres on Sunday.

  We had a wonderful experience touring these apartments with Shed Cooper. He was very professional, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process. He showed us everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and patiently helped us complete the application. We truly appreciate all of his support and assistance. Thank you, Ched, for making this experience so smooth and pleasant — we are excited to move in!

  If I could give The Sophia 10 stars I would!! The staff is so amazing. Tabatha who always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Shed is very informative and helpful when you have questions. The maintenance staff, Willie and Alfonso, are also excellent they are handy, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Their hard work and fast service truly make a difference. The Sophia is a very pleasant place to live.
