- RMRocker manJan 15, 20263.0The houses are beautiful but definitely check your house from ceiling to floor as you will find mistakes that may or may not get fixed properly, getting a response from Hoa management is a joke, sunny grove maintenance and landscaping is a joke. The community pool is small, the trees down the path of bridge they made are dying so that doesn’t look pleasant when you’re walking. Hopefully the community gate we pay for is closed all the time when community is completed.

The whole process was smooth from selecting our site, deciding on the model that met our needs to picking our design options. We worked with Kim in the sales office. She was so kind and informative while guiding us through the whole process. We were out of state while the home was being built however she kept us informed of each step with updates and photos. It has proven to be a great community with a population mix of families to retirees!
