  Chuck allford was the worst landlord/realtor my family and I had to deal with. If you want someone who treats you like a number hes your guy. We rented from him paid on time every month for 2 years. Worked so very hard to fix up the place to the best of our ability. Put our hard labor and money into it to try and do the right thing but instead he took all of our deposit. Was not even resonable. Awful person will not ever recommend him to anyone! Unless you like being treated like a transaction.

  I cannot recommend this brokerage to anyone selling a home. I hired my Realtor believing she would advocate for me. Instead, after I requested a temporary pause in showings during a family medical crisis, my home was taken off the market and the for sale signs were removed, even though I made it clear, "We're still selling!" Subsequently, I learned that my listing agent, Lori Ann Stewart, also provided brokerage services to the eventual buyer. From that point forward, I no longer felt that she or anyone else was on my side. I experienced repeated pressure to make concessions and came away feeling that confidential information I had shared no longer seemed to be used solely for my benefit during negotiations. I raised these concerns privately with the broker and later followed up with specific questions about the brokerage's decisions. Those questions have gone unanswered. I am sharing my disappointing experience in the hope that it will help other potential sellers make an informed decision.

  Absolutely horrible! I would advise you to not rent a property with this company. It would take pages to detail everything that has been neglected at our property for 14 months now and the deplorable way in which we have been treated.
