  They have the MOST Deceptive contract provisions I have ever seen with new construction. Section 7.3, 2nd paragraph states they can take TWO YEARS ( or longer for acts of God.) EVEN THOUGH.... summary of Important dates gives the expectation of" Home Completion/ Closing and Date listed. 9/22-12/22." My advice. Steer clear of this Pulte, Centex Del Webb builders group. Their plywood exteriors are unprotected from weather for months on end while they are continually offering NEW BUILDS on line. Their contracts lists of materials say different materials than what they ultimately use. For example,Granite on contract vs Quartz in reality. Their Punta Gorda Cedar Grove is a DEAD ZONE. STAY AWAY. Buy a completed home 😞

  I searched for a couple of years going from builder to builder. Most were just trying to get a quick sale. After looking into Pule’s reputation I set an appointment at Cedar Grove with Kim Moore. As I walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome from Kim. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and Kim was amazing with keeping her occupied for when we were discussing options and layouts. After we decided to go with the Mystique layout we told Kim What we wanted in the house and she even took the Courtesy of involving our Daughter and made it like it was all of our decision making and not just mine and my husbands. Kim answered every question that me and my husband had and if she couldn’t, she’d find the correct answer. Ryan Bush also treated my family with respect and always used our names when conversing with us. He was very respectful every time we spoke. When Kim wasn’t there he took the time to help me with my questions that I might have asked 1 million times. Even when we met with the contractor Shawn Baker, he was very professional and included our daughter in the conversation we had about the process. Daniel was amazing at the design studio and made sure I enjoyed it because it was my first experience. Kim does a great job communicating and couldn’t say anything bad except for things that we can’t control like Covid and lack of materials due to the pandemic. Overall I had an amazing experience my first time as this was not my husbands first time building a house.

  Ok so I want to start this out with saying Kim our sales lady was amazing with information and also getting back to us with concerns and keeping us in the loop. The first set of lots we bid on, we got out bid. However the second lot we bid on we were told we had the highest bid and we got beat out by the home expense and a bigger house. After they said highest bid gets to build. Seems a bit biased for every customer has a fair chance to buy a home if you pay the most for the lot. If I knew it was up to the home expense we would have built a bigger home to get a house. I don't feel I was offered the opportunity to upgrade to get a house. I feel they are missing out of some great business due to these issues. Probably a 460k sale plus lot expense. This maybe a game to make the most on every customer witch I get I am in Sales. But to make a customer feel less of a customer isn't a good feeling. So thank you guys for making the decision easy on us.
