- MHMichael HallMay 13, 20235.0First, I want to say thank you and to compliment the attention and performance of Kimberly Moore (our Sales Consultant), Ray Worley (our Construction Manager), and Daniel (our Design Consultant at Talon Reserve). Throughout the entire process, from purchasing the lot to closing, they have been cheerful, professional, responsive and just fantastic to deal with. We were 1st time homebuyers, probably needing a little more hand-holding than most, and they all did so with a smile and genuine offer to help! I also want to give a shout out to Ryan Bush who effortlessly filled in for Kimberly whenever she was unavailable. Now, for the process. Yes, it was frustrating to wait longer than anticipated. However, living in a post-Covid world, expectations have to be kept reasonable when it comes to supply chain issues in ALL aspects of life, not just home construction. Then, on top of that, throw in Hurricane Ian to further complicate things. All I can ask is that Centex was genuinely committed to getting us the home we wanted quickly, without sacrificing quality. They certainly delivered. I have no reservation in recommending Centex and the group of professionals that assisted us in the process! If I had to do it all over again, I would pick the exact team we worked with to assist us!
