  I wouldn't like my worst enemy to live there MOLD ALMOST kill me and kids and my sick dad dont walk but run from apartments 5709 west Mcnab road North Lauderdale Florida 33068...that place needs to demolished nasty think the hall wall that place is over 20 years old and nothing get done on the inside only the outside for the attraction dont everrrrr move there yall will regret

  I am submitting this review to express my disappointment with the management and maintenance services at Sanctuary Cove in North Lauderdale. Over the past several months, I have experienced ongoing issues with both maintenance and communication. Routine repairs and normal wear-and-tear issues within my apartment have taken weeks, and in some cases months, to be addressed. Some requests remain incomplete despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of urgency and responsiveness has been frustrating and unacceptable. Most recently, I experienced a technical issue with the resident payment portal that prevented me from submitting my rent payment on time. I have consistently paid my rent on time and am fully aware of the property's late fee policy, which I have always made every effort to avoid. On the morning of the 4th, I immediately contacted the leasing office to report the problem. I was provided with a phone number for assistance, but despite numerous attempts to reach someone, no one answered or returned my calls. I did everything reasonably possible to resolve the issue and complete my payment before the deadline. As a result of a portal malfunction that was beyond my control, I was charged a $75 late fee. When I emailed the office to explain the situation and request assistance, I was simply told that the fee could not be removed. No effort was made to investigate the issue, acknowledge the circumstances, or provide a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, this situation reflects a larger pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate resident support. Residents deserve timely maintenance, responsive management, and fair treatment when problems arise, especially when those problems are caused by the property's own systems. I hope this review reaches someone within management who is willing to address these concerns, improve the level of service being provided to residents, and reconsider the unfair late fee that resulted from a system error. Based on my experience, Sanctuary Cove has significant room for improvement in both resident relations and property management. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  When ever anything is broken or needed fixing no one respond it's back on forth and the promise of I'll send some one and no one turns up for months.

  I am still happy and grateful for my apartment, for the great manager, assistant and the others. Thank you Peter and great maintenance team!!!
