    When ever anything is broken or needed fixing no one respond it's back on forth and the promise of I'll send some one and no one turns up for months.

    I have lived at Sanctuary Cove for over 8 years, and this has become one of the most frustrating living experiences. For the past TWO YEARS, I have repeatedly requested that my carpet be replaced because it is completely worn out and beyond repair. Management ignored me and gave excuses until I contacted Regional Manager Charlene Marshall in October 2025. Instead of resolving the issue, she blamed me for the carpet’s condition and even sent photos taken after the office entered my unit WITHOUT notice, which is unacceptable. After going back and forth, they offered a carpet stretch and deep cleaning, which did nothing. I sent proof the same day showing the carpet was still in poor condition. In November 2025, Charlene inspected my unit and stated my carpet would be replaced at the beginning of 2026. It is now April 2026, and nothing has been done. Charlene does not answer calls, and Valerie and Lori keep giving me the runaround, now saying the carpet is “on hold.” This property has gone downhill. I have seen over 20 employees come and go in 8 years. Maintenance is slow and careless. I reported water damage from exterior cracks causing my wall to deteriorate and waited over a month for repairs with no rent adjustment. Security is also an issue. My gate code stopped working, and instead of fixing it, they gave me a generic code that opens the gate without calling me, allowing anyone access. I also dealt with a roach infestation behind my refrigerator, and management refused to replace it, claiming it still works. Despite paying rent on time for 8 years and being a good tenant, I am treated with no respect. When I raised concerns, I was told I could move if I’m unhappy. There is no accountability or customer service here. Save yourself the stress and do not move here.

    I’ve been living here since 2021, and when I first moved in, I had no complaints. However, over time, the experience has progressively declined. This is now the second time I’ve been without a working AC system, and each time it has taken one to two weeks or more to resolve. The only explanation given is that they are ‘waiting for approval,’ which is frustrating and unclear. For something as essential as air conditioning in South Florida, this kind of delay is unacceptable. While residents are expected to follow certain rules regarding maintenance, it’s disappointing that the same urgency isn’t applied when it comes to fixing major issues. The lack of timely response has made what should be a comfortable home environment feel stressful. It’s honestly become frustrating to come home, which is disappointing because it didn’t always used to be this way. A home should be a place of comfort, not a place where you’re constantly worried about ongoing issues and how long they’ll take to be resolved.
