  I lived in Cross Keys from when Liz was the Manager, she was rude at times but this place was clean and maintenance team was on point, After Liz left and the good maintenance team lleav, if you are not Hispanic you are on your own especially if you are BLACK.i see a few black elder people treated bad here in the 2100 building, used appliances more from other apartments to theirs, out of AC had to come to my apartment to cool down, other family members have to come by to fix things that need to get done for months, But when staff families and friends move in the same building they gets everything New and up to date.isnt that terrible. I lived in Cross Keys for over 7 years I did a surgery in 2023 and ended up in a wheelchair, in 2024 I was over a week late with my rent, I call to let let them know i will be coming in a few days of the same month that the time I was told my name was in court for eviction, wasn't informed of what was taken place, Miss Alexander only call to ask me to take my daughter in to get her back ground check because she was 18, which was done and yet rent was collected and lease was. Renewed for September while they have me in court .have pay lawyer fee and rent and the first which they block me from online and door drop box wasn't open they received it the third and they took it but Oct I took it to them on the 3 and the lawyer who I spoke to in English who understands me clearly and told me to go to the. Office and call him could not understand me when I am on voice call on the. Office phone but was please to tell Sonia the manager they need to collect the apartment keys and I must leave the apartment, and I had my rent and lawyer money I bought in money order. It's not that I ever run over to the other month, it was my first over a week and up to today June 30, 2026, I still can't get some where to live due to this eviction to my name, have be staying with family with my. Disability.which is not easy and paying storage fees, but giving Father God thanks for life. And yet when I gave the rent and lawyer fee to Sonia , she refuse it and told me they will send me a letter, I move out and only received. A letter from debt collector through their office with extra fees to be paid, I understand Sonia part, which I forgive her with, BUT Miss Alexander is the one that makes me and my child become homeless and because of all we been through , I am still working on forgiveness toward her.

  Scheduled a tour to potentially move here but when I got to the office the units were going for $500+ more than they are advertised on their website. There was no answer as to why there was such a huge price discrepancy between what they advertised versus reality. Wasted my time driving over here

  This appartment community is very filthy and nasty to live in; roach infestation, rats and trash everywhere. They don’t take care of anything just collecting money and raising the rent with out telling you every year. It’s an unsafe environment to live in. The rental leasing office staff are very rude, nasty and have very terrible management skills they raise your rent and force you to move out. The front gate doesn’t work most of time hardly keeps anybody out, The buildings are falling apart everything is outdated, old and needs replacing. A very terrible place to rent from. Been a very bad experience. I would recommend anyone shopping for an apartment to stay clear of this one.

  The staff at this establishment are exceptionally courteous and demonstrate a high level of hospitality. However, certain maintenance issues have yet to be addressed, and I would appreciate it if they could be resolved promptly. This would prevent me from repeatedly complaining about the same problems, such as the wasp nest, dishwasher, toilet, and window grill in my apartment complex. Despite these ongoing concerns, the individual employees are consistently kind, understanding, and responsive to my inquiries.

  The maintenance employee was really great. He worked efficiently and explained very well the reasons for what was happening to what was being repaired. He is knowledgable and is very nice person.
