  We settled on our new home in Legacy Grove in March and could not be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. A big part of that positive experience was working with our sales representative, Kaytee Moran, who was truly exceptional throughout the process. From the very beginning, Kaytee helped us navigate the home-buying process and find the perfect lot to build our dream home. Since we were living out of state, communication was especially important, and she exceeded our expectations. She consistently kept us informed with weekly construction updates and photos, allowing us to follow our home's progress every step of the way. Kaytee is an outstanding communicator who genuinely listens to her clients' wants and needs. She was always available by phone, email, or Google Meet whenever we had questions or concerns. She made us feel supported throughout the entire journey. Building a new home can be stressful, but Kaytee made the process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service significantly reduced our stress and gave us confidence throughout the build. We highly recommend Kaytee Moran to anyone considering purchasing a Pulte home. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her help in making our dream home a reality!

  Buying a home and moving are two of life’s most stressful experiences! BUT, from the moment I met in February with Kaytee in Pulte’s Legacy Groves sales office to the moment I settled in September, the entire process with their sales, title and construction team has been nothing short of fantastic! An extra special shout out to their Building Manager. Working with Chris has been utterly brilliant….. first class all the way. He is proud of his workmanship and that of his team and he is thorough and articulate. I am so so very happy with my new home.

  We are very please with our Pulte home, the team of Debbie and Kaytee in the office were great to work with, they have great communication skills and always kept us informed on our construction. Chris who was our construction manager is very experienced in the construction field and demands the highest quality from his construction team and we could not be more pleased.

  We are coming up on our one year anniversary of buying a home in Legacy Groves. After much searching we decided to build our home there and continue to be thankful for that decision. From start to finish our salesperson, Debbie Gonzalez, was there with a smile to answer ANY and MANY questions. The negotiation process was fair and professional. Between Chris, the construction manager, and Debbie we were kept well-informed of each step along the way and received photographs frequently of the progress. The house was finished ahead of schedule. The location can’t be beat. We are very happy with our Pulte home and the service we received from Debbie and Chris!

  This was our fourth new build in two states and our favorite! Debbie Gonzalez is amazing in sales - very interactive and hands-on with any need. Chris Geiger is the best GC we’ve ever had - so knowledgeable, patient, and informative. The Pulte process is well done with regular info through their homebuyer’s portal, keeping new owners in the loop during construction. To top it off, the Legacy Groves community is so welcoming. At just under 140 residences, it’s the perfect size. The landscapers do a great job, our pool is beautiful and well maintained. We’re close to Venice, Nokomis beach, and Legacy Trail for a wonderful outdoor Florida living.
