- VIVicken IshkhanianApr 10, 20265.0I just closed on a house and very excited and happy I made the move, area is calm, 20 minutes from everything! downtown venice, beaches, Siesta Key Beach only 25 minutes which is my favourite place and main reason for my decision. Sarasota within 20 min, Tampa within 50 min, Naples little over an hour. I never cared for the east coast. I love the build quality and feels much higher than any of their compettitors.
