  I had an outstanding experience working with Hayden at Viva in New Smyrna Beach. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail—he was always quick to follow up and kept me informed every step of the way. Because of Hayden, I was able to secure my new apartment at Viva. If you are considering Viva, I highly recommend working with Hayden if you’re considering Viva—he truly goes above and beyond! Thank you again, Hayden—you made this entire experience exceptional.

  The team at Viva NSB is great. Ashlyn is amazing and knowledgeable. The application process was easy and I can’t wait to move in.

  Ms. Ashlyn the leasing sale manager is simply amazing. I called explaining we are moving from out of state and she gave me every detail I needed in order to make the best decision. She was super informative and very kind. Resident or not, I recommend! It's hard to find people who truly care nowadays! Thank you, Ashlyn!
